I now use this every time I cook, and can't imagine I ever did without it. It's my go-to, even before the food processor. As soon as I took it out of the box, I "clicked" in my head, and already knew this was going to an invaluable tool. Now, many months later, this initial thought is more than proven. It is the combination of the curved knife and the matching curved cutting board that does the trick. Neither on their own would be much use, but together--really, this will change how you cook. It gives you more fine control for cutting things like tomatoes, which the food processor will butcher. The knife is sharp enough but not so sharp that I'm afraid to leave it out. Every person who cooks needs this more than a food processor.
