I originally bought this to steam-block a crocheted blanket and it didn't really work for that. BUT, then I used it to steam the wrinkles out of a pretty, silk dress that was very wrinkled from being packed in a suitcase and it worked perfectly! I really like how the water container just pops out from the bottom. It's very easy to fill and refill if needed mid-steam. I also really like the design of it. It looks much more expensive and high-end, like a Dyson-type appliance. I'm very happy with it.

We got this for my daughter who is studying abroad for the year. She needed something to get the wrinkles out as she knew she was not going to have a dryer for the year. This works great, its very easy to use, and lightweight. The only reason for 4 stars is because it runs out of water very quickly. I had to refill it to finish a maxi dress. I would like it to hold a bit more water so you can steam more than 1 thing before refilling it but other than that it is a very good steamer.

I can't believe how good this product is. I only bought it to smooth out small wrinkles, but it is absolutely perfect.

The media could not be loaded. No la recomiendo no calienta bien y en menos de 2 minutos no calienta nada ni expira el agua. Me fue mal eligiendo esta compra. No sé si salió fallada o es la mala calidad pero no sirve. No quede nada a gusta.

This steamer is compact but powerful. It definitely gets the job done and easy to travel with. They also have a very responsive Customer Service team. Would recommend!

While this product may be sleek & fairly comfortable to hold, I have been displeased with this product shortly after purchasing it. First noticeable flaw user will encounter is that the water reserve is not nearly large enough to support more than either a shirt or a trouser without having to refill constantly. However the most flawed feature of this steamer is the rusty water that probably started coming out within two months time (just after the Amazon return window closed). Overall, it so time-consuming to constantly refill to steam more than one article of clothing and the rusty water pretty much stains any fabric- so I would just consider another steamer. Really bummed it won’t release the wrinkles of my disappointed frown.

La descripción dice que tiene un guante y un deposito de agua extra, pero esta versión no lo tiene, además de que el desposito de agua no dura más de 12 minutos

El depósito de agua es un cilindro que va en la agarradera y al presionar sale por medio de un resorte. El resorte ya no sirvió y no le fue posible sacar el depósito para ponerle agua. Me duró 2 meses y todo perfecto hasta que pasó esto.Recomendaría comprar otro producto.
