F.Dick has made the easiest and fastest sharpening steel I have ever used when they made this one! Holy crap, it sharpens everything so quick, especially when I use the finishing steel by them after. Love love love this product and company!!!!

Oh man, before I bought this I had what my doctor called a "Blunt Dick". But this sure turned my life around. I sharpened myself twice a day for 10 minutes, and within a week, WHABAM! My problem had gone away, and I was so pointy I could spear fruit without even trying. Couldn't recommend this product more!

It's really hard on the edge of a knife. I use this more as a sharpener than anything else. It takes quite a bit of metal off, even with a light pressure. Would recommend this for the big bad stuff, and use a stroping leather otherwise.

Steel is very heavy and is only good for aligning the blade. If you’re only only aligning stick to ceramic so it won’t damage your knife’s edge. I’ll just stick to MAC.
