I plugged this into my Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G and connected an HDMI cable between this adapter and the TV screen on my Samsung flat screen TV, and immediately the phone screen was mirrored on the TV. No setup, no drivers, just immediate connection.Picture quality is great, when I watched a video on the phone, the audio and video both showed up on the TV. Rotating the phone to landscape position put the display in landscape format on the TV. Some apps on the phone don't go into full screen mode, but that's a function of the phone, not the adapter.Note that I had to go into the phone settings a while back and choose screen mirroring instead of "Samsung Dex" as far as what happens when the phone is connected to HDMI. The phone defaulted to Samsung DEX and I had to change that when using with the Samsung HDMI connector. So, since that was already set up, when I plugged in this adapter to the phone and connected it to the TV, it just mirrored the phone screen on the TV right away.This connector works just as well as the genuine Samsung HDMI connector for the Galaxy and is much cheaper in price, and is available! The Samsung branded connectors are hard to find.It appears to be of good build quality, and I certainly can't argue with the price. I might buy a spare just to have on hand in case I lose this one! I am really impressed with the quality of this connector and how well it works, the picture quality is great. It is a tiny size too, easy to toss in your suitcase along with an HDMI cable so you can plug the phone into a hotel flat screen TV HDMI connector and watch videos on your phone on the TV set at the hotel!

For months, the HDMI output on my laptop wouldn't work. Was it the connection? Was it my external monitor? I tried every setup and update and it just wouldn't work. So I decided to try and use my USB-C connection, but I needed a USB-C connection that had an HDMI converter. But the local store was charging between $30 and $40 for this. The last thing I wanted to do is spend $35 plus shipping and find out that this didn't work either. So then I found the Sniokco USB C to HDMI Adapter on Amazon, and I decided to order it for less than $10 plus shipping. And it worked perfectly! Don't spend the big bucks, just get the Sniokco adapter and your problems with getting an external monitor to work will be over!

Feel like I need to review this to help others. First, the connector “does” work on SOME devices. I was able to get it to work on my new laptop, but just barely. The connector was not secure in the USB-C port at all. On the laptop I needed it to work on the connector would not reach far enough into the machine to make a connection. The connector is WAY too short. You can see how short it is compared to another adapter I have.*** UPDATE *** The manufacturer saw my review and discovered that they had a bad batch. They rapidly sent me a replacement! The replacement connector length is excellent and the adapter now works perfectly in all of my devices! They also mentioned that other buyers should not be receiving any more items from the "bad batch". Excellent customer service! Still marking off (1) star for quality control, but they get (4) stars for resolving the issue and taking care of the customer.

Got this for my laptop to screen to my TV. Works great, no glitch, no lagging. I love it. Great price too.

I was actually surprised how cheap this product is because the quality is amazing. I’ve had it for so many months and it still works so good. I use it for connecting my laptop to a monitor and I’ve heard that you can also connect your TV with it, but I haven’t tried. It never gave me a problem and usually wires with this cheap of a price or tend to rip and break.

I really loved this little adapter. Easy to transport and worked great. But now it just stopped working and I'm not sure why.

I bought this to replace a previous one of another brand that wasn't the best design or quality. The long cord really helps as my previous one just plugged straight in and interfered with the power cord on my laptop. This one gives ample room for other cords, is easy to use, and works well so far. Have only had it a few weeks, so no long term review yet.
