Really upset with operation and the communication with the company.With what is a very expensive camera set up it simply does not operate in the way you would expect.The software and screen display allows for a triple split screen and you would expect this to allow a larger letterbox rear camera view on the top or even bottom with left and right one either side? This is not the case, the reverse camera can’t be configured to be a letterbox view unless you switch the view to individual cameras.I have been emailing the company for the last 2 weeks, daily, however they just do not answer the questions and now do not answer emails.In addition the refresh rate of the camera is very poor when driving.Hardware supplied is also not stainless so has started rusting after 2 days!It just does not do what it’s supposed to. I will be returning it for a refund and will then just have to find a way of patching up the holes I have drilled in the side of my caravan for the side cameras.It’s not plug and play with a pre wired furion connection as listed. Had to cut off the plugs and make up my own.What could be such a simple and straight purchase and install has been spoilt by a lack of communication and that the camera display does not work in what you would think would be a logical way.

Initially the kit arrived with one non functional camera. While this is not positive, the supplier worked hard to remedy the issue. I was impressed that, although this kit and its components ships from the opposite side of the globe, the supplier had a replacement camera sent to me in very short order. Not sure how they did it, but replacement material arrived in about 5 days originating in China and landing in Arkansas USA. That is excellent customer service.Also, the tech support provided was very good. While this system is very intuitive to install, any question I asked were answered fully withing about 12 hours. That's really good. You don't have to call 1-800-wewonthelpyou. Just a simple email and then a very correct response.The product works great and I believe you will be very happy with it also.

I spent a lot of time trying to research a good reasonably priced wireless camera system for the 5th wheel. This camera system seemed better than others, and so happy I made this decision. Installation was quite simple, seem very well built, and picture quality is awesome! I wasnt sure if the length of the 5th wheel would affect the rear camera, but no issue. So far have only tested on the driveway after install, soon will be the road test with it.

Only seller that sold license plate camera that was compatible with the screen, rear/side cameras. Couldn't be happier. Price was right. Product is solid and easy to install/configure. Above all, customer service is amazing. Answers and resolves any issues within 24hours. Polite and knowledgeable. Would purchase again.

2 out of 3 antennas are broken. The power cord that went to 12 volt outlet was no good. Fuse was good just didn’t work. Had to use cord from my old camera monitor. You can’t choose what camera is which camera number. You can’t have your back up camera as the big camera on the triple split screen. Only camera 4 and there is no camera 4. I am an electronics tech by trade and there is no way to rearrange the camera layout so the back camera is on the largest of 3 split screen. The seller contacted my email address and said they would send me the replacement parts. Took a month to get a new cord and antennas but the seller did make it right. Other than the power cord problem it works great I’ve never had a loss of signal and my 5th wheel is 30’ long.

We now can have an always on rear view when driving our RV. The camera was installed by a young person with electronic connectivity experience as it has to be connected to the RV travel lights for power, but after that, the programing was easy and the picture is excellent. It comes with two additional cameras for side views if you choose. I would recommend this product if you want to see what’s coming up behind you while driving your RV down the highway.
