This "SIMOLIO Bluetooth 5.0 Transmitter" is listed "for TV", with "Long Range, Low Latency", but latency is (as usual) an issue here, which, unfortunately, will be encountered with Bluetooth devices for audio combined with video. The only guaranteed way to completely eliminate latency is with cables, and there is absolutely no point in debating that fact.However, companies repeatedly try and produce completely synchronised audio/visuals via Bluetooth, with various attention grabbing titles such as "aptX-LL", as displayed in the product description here. If you want a device for Bluetooth audio only, this will certainly do the job extremely well, but if you are looking for Bluetooth Audio/Video in perfect sync, look elsewhere.

Pros:1- This bluetooth transmitter is functional and easy to use. I personally use it for simple tasks, like transmit the audio from my old TV to my headphones. It worked as expected. I also used it with my office PC, which has a problem of its bluetooth connectivity, and I had also no issues.2- The sound quality is good whenever I stay in one place. However, you may experience sound breakups when moving away from the device (e.g., to another far room).3- The device is not very large. You can carry it easily and take it with you to any place, whether it is from one room to another or from one location to another.Cons:1- Although its functional, it is a little bit complex with regard to its instructions. I had to read the instructions several times to understand its specifications, and determine if it is suitable for my intended use or not.2- The long range feature and signal may get affected when you walk away from the device, especially if between rooms or across floors. However, please note that this depends on your building and wall material. My walls are quite thick.

This Bluetooth transmitter has all the inputs that you might need and the dual headphone connection is a nice feature. I have not been able to use the apTX low latency feature yet to see if that eliminates the problem completely, as i still need the correct headphones with that capability.I ordered this to use with my television and am using the aux input as the single optical connection is used for my sound base. I did not have any issues with setup connection and was pleased with the sound quality once an issue with interference was resolved.

Purchased this product after reading description that it supports two headphones,"Bluetooth V5.0 transmitter can be paired with two Bluetooth headphones/speakers at the same time"I have latest Plantronics headphones and it's not working when both headphones are switched on at same time. Planning to Return this product.

The small device is working very good with wide range coverage. It's easy cover a house for it's connectivity. It has type c power cable and 3.5 auxiliary cable to connect with speakers. Satisfied with the item to fulfill the purpose of purchase.

I’m happy with this unit and recommend it. Setting up was easy. I set the volume fairly high and then adjust it via my head phones. Get good quality headgear receiving units. My headphones often won’t connect unless close to the unit although they then stay connected as I move around the room. Another headset connects quickly from where I watch TV.

Eigentlich sollte eine Rezension auch negative Punkte aufzeigen, ehrlich gesagt ich finde keine, obwohl ich zahlreiche andere dieser Art Geräte besitze.Oft gibt es Probleme beim Pairing und bei Verwendung von 2 Kopfhörern gleichzeitig. Diese machen sich durch nicht mögliches Pairing und Verbindungsstörungen bei laufendem Betrieb bemerkbar. Dieser Bluetooth-Sender macht das aber nicht.Sehr gut, dass zum normalen Kopfhörereingang (Aux, Stereo-Klinke) auch ein optisches Kabel verwendet werden kann. Ein Koaxial-Kabel-Anschluss fehlt allerdings.Auch fehlt die Möglichkeit, die Lautstärke durch einen Regler in einem gewissen Rahmen anzupassen, da man ja oft kaum die Lautstärke bei Spdif über die Fernbedienung ändern kann. Dazu bräuchte man einen AV-Receiver.Der Klang ist neutral, sodass man auch Musik gut damit hören kann. Vorausgesetzt, dass auch der Bluetooth-Empfänger entsprechend gut klingt. Zur Überprüfung der "Neutralität", wechsele ich bei Testhören zwischen dem Kopfhörerausgang der TVs direkt und einem BT-Empfänger.Auch zwischen dem analogen Eingang und optischem Eingang ist nur ein geringer Unterschied in der Klangqualität zu hören. Die analoge Stereoklinkeneingang klingt ein wenig matter, was aber normal ist.Sehr gut die LL (Low-Latency) Qualität mit aptX, was verhindern soll, dass die Übertragung zu langsam ist und die Lippen nicht mehr synchron sind. Das klappt hervorragend, allerdings muss auch das BT-Empfangsteil über einen solchen Codec verfügen, damit es klappt.Durch die angebrachte Antenne ist Funkreichweite etwas größer als bei Normalgeräten. Ich kann jetzt auch in der Küche noch gut Musik hören. Viel weiter geht es dann aber doch nicht.Insgesamt also ein sehr erfreuliches Gerät, dem man gerne 5 Punkte gibt, auch wenn die Ausstattung noch nicht voll ausgereizt ist. Bei dem Preis ist das aber mehr als OK.

This is the kind of product I especially enjoy reviewing. It really "ticks all the boxes" for me!Let me begin with the user guide provided with the product. (A Quick Setup sheet is also provided.) It is lengthy. It is complete, describing all aspects of setup and use. It is written in clear, correct English. The font it uses is large enough to read without a magnifying glass. It includes numerous diagrams. It discusses limitations in the product's use. These may all seem like obvious elements of a user guide for a technical product, but most of the products I have reviewed come nowhere near this standard, potentially leaving the user confused or uncertain about crucial points.One product I reviewed recently was delivered with a user guide written entirely in Chinese! Another came with no user guide at all and sure enough, I couldn't figure out how to use it.This BT transmitter worked the first time I tried it, with setup proceeding exactly as described in the user guide. (Again, this is not always the case.) Various cables are provided to interconnect with your equipment.There is one important thing you need to know before buying this product, and it is highlighted throughout the user guide as well as on the Amazon product page. If you want to use this product to listen to your TV, the BT headphones or speakers you use MUST implement a BT feature called an "aptx LL codec" (LL = Low Latency) (latency = delay). If they do, the LL mode will be automatically activated and all will be fine. If they do not, you will experience a delay of about 1/4 second between the TV video and the sound. You will not want to watch TV this way! (The delay also occurs when you listen to music, but it doesn't matter in this case.)At this point, it seems that relatively few BT headphones and speakers have this LL codec. None of the ones I happen to have on hand have it, for example.For music listening, I have no hesitation in recommending this product.

Kurzfassung: Tadellos funktionierendes, megatolles Set mit allem benötigtem Zubehör!Meine etwas längere Version:Der SIMOLIO JH201D Bluetooth Transmitter wird in einer Pappkarton geliefert.Dieses Gerät ist genau das, was ich schon längere Zeit gesucht hatte. Ein Bluetooth Sender zum Anschluss an den Fernseher, der 2 Kopfhörer (und/oder in-Ears) parallel versorgen kann. Alles was man zum direkten Betrieb benötigt wird mitgeliefert. Man kann damit seine vorhandenen Bluetooth Kopfhörer oder inEars beim TV schauen benutzen. Dank des umfangreichen Zubehörs kann man also sofort mit der Einrichtung / Installation loslegen. Das Koppeln der Bluetooth Kopfhörer funktioniert wie in der mitgelieferten Beschreibung und ging bei mir problemlos vonstatten.Ich habe den Transmitter per AUX Anschluss ans TV Gerät angeschlossen. Die Latenz Zeiten sind wirklich sehr gering. Warum per AUX steht weiter unten.Des Weiteren habe ich das mitgelieferte USB Kabel an den USB Anschluss am TV Gerät und am Transmitter angeschlossen. Ab jetzt wird der Transmitter mit Strom versorgt wenn das TV Gerät eingeschaltet wird. Es muss somit kein zusätzliches Ladegerät permanent unter Strom gehalten (oder bei jeder Nutzung separat eingesteckt) werden.Ich gehe davon aus, dass jeder, der sich dieses Set kauft, schon einen halbwegs aktuelles TV Gerät sein eigen nennt, an dem es einen USB Anschluss gibt. Über den USB Anschluss kann man nämlich den Transmitter mit Strom versorgen sobald das TV Gerät eingeschaltet wird. Das funktionierte bei mir im Test mit meinem LG und auch mit meinem Panasonic TV Gerät.Wer keinen USB Anschluss am TV Gerät hat das er als Stromversorgung nutzen kann, der kann sein Handyladegerät als Stromquelle nutzen.Warum ich AUX nutze:Ich benutze am TV Gerät einen 3,5-mm-Kopfhörer-Y-Splitter (1 männlicher auf 2 weibliche Audiobuchsen). Durch den Splitter kann ich sowohl den Transmitter, wie auch die Philips Soundbar parallel mit dem TV Ton versorgen. Warum das Ganze? Weil meine bessere Hälfte noch sehr gut hört und lieber den schönen Sound der Soundbar mag und ich parallel per Kopfhörer meine für mich geeignete Lautstärke am Kopfhörer einstellen kann. Zum Thema Latenz- Zeiten kann ich berichten, dass ich nicht den geringsten Tonversatz zwischen den Kopfhörern und der Soundbar bemerke. Also auch das ist sehr positiv.Auf meinem letzten Foto kann man den von mir genutzten AUX Splitter sehen.Nebenbei noch etwas positives für die Mitbewohner im Haus:Mein neues Sound- Setup ist sicherlich auch für unsere Nachbarn eine Entlastung, denn der Sound den ich brauche ist, bzw. war sicherlich auch bei den Nachbarn zu hören.Ich bin mehr als zufrieden und kann daher dieses Produkt sehr gerne weiter empfehlen.Die Amazon Lieferung erfolgte innerhalb kürzester Zeit. I ordered the SIMOLIO Bluetooth 5.0 Transmitter for my older bedroom TV set, which doesn’t have built-in Bluetooth functionality. I wanted to be able to watch TV at night with Bluetooth headphones, and this device is perfect for my needs. It was easy to set up, and I’m very much an amateur at things like this. The included written directions were clear and well written. This supports connecting to two Bluetooth devices if needed.
