Welder is nice. It is light so you can easily move it around in case you need to take to a job site as a backup. Burns 1/8th rod smoothly on both 120 and 220 volts. Has a adapter plug so you can easily convert to 120 volts if needed without switching wires in the unit. Has hookups for argon tanks, for your tig or mig setup. You can weld aluminum if you buy a spool gun. The duty cycle is rated at 100 percent for 120 amp welding. Harbor freight machines are only 30 percent duty. So if you have a choice choose this one. Plus it is cheaper than those.

It work fine to start but now it only welds influx core won't mig with gas I get gas flow but no wire feed so all I can give it is a it hasn't worked long enough to rate well

Garage is on remodel mode swapping out breaker box tohandle larger load so my regular 220 was out and needed to weld some items up saw the reviews figured I would try it took a bit to tweak it but dialed in pretty good gotta say for the money it does well for light welding

unit did not come with welding rods, or spools of flex and solid welding wire.

This versatile MIG welder comes with just about everything you need to get started welding. It's a great addition to my garage shop, but it has some limitations. I'm a beginner, and there was NO way I could use this "out of the box" due to directions that were severely lacking. The welder itself, however, is beautifully built, and the controls and display are easy to read and use. I expect to get years of good service out of this, especially since I'm just an occasional user.
