Love it, not as much sugar as the other name brand! I prefer this flavor over the others. Convenient satchets! I always try to keep one satchet in my bag at all times. Highly recommend.

One-half or the occasional full packet of this hydration formula keeps me energized and cramp free. The formula seems to work almost immediately. It’s lower in sodium than all other hydration packets I’ve tried. It takes three or four minutes to completely dissolve and its lemonade flavor renders it less sweet than other hydration packs. For my part, I have no reason to look for an effective hydration formula.

Needed an electrolyte mix that didn't have too much sodium. A little goes a long way because the flavor is strong.

Flavor, benefits and value are a 10.

I don't like Logan Paul, but man the Prime drinks are a fantastic way to increase your water intake. I stay far better hydrated drinking Prime than just water alone. However, the bottled stuff is so expensive and is far too sweet. I use these bulk packets to make it far cheaper and even only use half for a standard serving. Plus, no one knows I drink Prime anymore.

Its pricey.
