I am new to the cold therapy club, so didn't want to spend the earth on my first ice bath. After a couple of failed attempts with other sellers, I thought "3rd Time Lucky"... this time, everything was in the box! my experience could begin.The Ice Pod was easy to assemble and was filled with water in about 30 minutes.The material feels good quality and the floating inner cover and lightweight material cover are great to keep the water clean and fresh. I do put a little chlorine in to help with water quality. I tend to freeze solid blocks of ice (from Tupperware containers) and drop those in before going for a dip.I'm a big guy... six foot... very broad... 20 stone and a dad bod! but I fit comfortably in the ice pod... don't get me wrong... there's no room for anyone else when I'm in their, but its nice and cozy..almost like being back in the womb! in the ice age!So, overall, great product, well happy with it and highly recommend it to any other budding cold therapy dippers out there...

I am very happy with this product overall but the tap had been leaking since I got the tub. I have tried taking it off and putting it back in a number of times but there is still a small constant leak from the tap. I tried to get in contact with the company through Amazon but was unable to resolve the issue.

I bought it for rehab and I’m loving it . It’s a good size so no issue of not fitting in . I also like the style of it , it’s not very heavy so easy to transport and move , it’s also foldable and can take anywhere , very convenient

Had this for 4 months, plastic has now split and doesn't hold water anymore ,The lid was never fit for purpose,It's been looked after by me aswell I clean it twice a week.I think it's made with cheap plastic that isn't weather resistant

Nice personal ice bath. It was fast and easy to assemble, great quality. It’s big enough to accommodate an adult. I like that is has a lid/cover and is portable. I look forward to using this after workouts to aide in muscle recovery.

Really easy to put together, didn't take any longer to assemble then it does to fill with water. Not sure what exactly the white inflatable piece does to insulate but I will say keeping this outside with 30-40 degree ambient temps the water in this plunge has been very cold. New to cold plunging this is a great tool and way better option than adding ice to the bathtub (that was my previous option) I'm about 6' tall and can sit in this comfortably and just about dunk my head if I should choose too at the end of the plunge. Good construction and not that it means much but it does actually look good on the patio next to the hot tub.

This cold plunge is super simple to setup and is spacious for easy cold plunges for one person at a time. It comes with a lid, but note that the lid is a bit smaller than the opening of the product itself, so the lid kind of... floats... on the water. It still mostly keeps debris out of the water.I also appreciate that it comes with a thermometer. You might think you're doing extreme cold plunges, but you'll be sad when you realize that water is actually 60 degrees F!Btw, I am including this photo, despite the fact that it was overflowing when I got in (I overfilled it) and my phone got drenched by a tidal wave of ice-cold water... it makes me laugh and maybe you'll get a laugh out of it as well.

I am so excited to receive this after my friend got one. It's large enough for an adult male to submerge in. I love that it has a small footprint so that we can set it up on our deck for ease of use and recovery.

My daughter is an athlete and doing ice baths in the actual tub was getting old. This product is so convenient and definitely worth the money.I have already recommended it to all of the other soccer parents!
