LOVE this pen. Right now I have 3 baby quail in it, but will use it for baby chicks, also. It can be folded and taken outside to clean. Dries quickly in the sun. The zipper top lets me take care of them without any escaping. The sides tie up for more light during the day and I have an electric heat plate that gives heat from the top when they're under it. It also is adjustable as they grow, which has been a safe alternative to the bright, hot heat lamp. The pen will hold quite a few chicks, although I never have more than 6, with alot of room to spare. Great value for a pen. There are stakes if you want to have it outside, but I normally keep my chicks in closed in shed or garage.

Edit: EXCELLENT customer service from this seller! They reached out to me today and offered to make the issue with the hole in the top of the brooder right.My chicks are still loving all the extra room they have and the zippered top and on the side allow for easy access for cleaning, feeding & watering and of course treats and playing with the baby chicks 🐥The brooder came with a hole in it where the zipper wasn’t sewn on to the enclosure, but I needed the brooder ASAP for my chicks and decided to just keep it and use it. They seem to like it and have plenty of room.

Absolutely love this!!! I was keeping the chicks warm with a heating lamp and worried constantly if it was too hot , if it would start a fire, I could not adjust the heat with a heating lamp. I ordered this and it’s perfect, lots of room for the chicks to run around, then at end of day they get under the warming plate and go to sleep. No more worrying for me. I wish I had got it from day one !

Easy to assemble. Useful. But be attentive. Will not be able to stop predators if they are nearby. And firmly attach to the ground with the provided pins for wind protection. Last note, chicks and ducklings grow fast so you will only get a couple weeks of use out of the unit.

It’s so easy to clean, we take it outside empty it in our garden, hang it up spray it down with our hose and I spray the inside and outside of the tent and lets it all air dry in the sun drys fast if the weather is right! It’s very convenient & simple

Omg this waterproof pen saved me. I had to find something for all the baby chics I bought fit 10 chics perfect (could have housed 13) i just put down new paper every night with couple handful of pine shavings. Was able to handle them in living room for 5weeks, Then out to there chicken coop outside. Great for raising chics.

Great brooder. Easy to clean and lots of screened windows for the chicks to look out and for me to check on them. Lightweight and easily folds back up when you are finished.
