This seems to work really good for me. I keep it on the nightstand for those nasty leg cramps in the middle of the night. It seems to relieve them almost immediately for me. My sister can't use it. So, I recommend trying it to see how it works for yourself.

Helps with RLS; Roll-on easier than foam form
I use this for Restless Legs and find the roll-on *much* easier to use than the foam. It goes on with less dripping down my leg and is easier to apply. It is not always effective against the "creepy crawling critter" feeling of RLS and often its effectiveness doesn't last more than an hour. However, it can be used as often as needed, unlike pills.

Life saver when cramping at night
A must have. I keep bottles by my bed, in my camper and on my desk. Use before cramping if you think they are imminent. I get severe leg cramps at night when I've been on my feet a lot during the day. I get up and massage the cramp with Theraworx and in about 5 minutes I can go back to bed for the night.

Amazing treatment for muscle crsmps
Miraculous. Alleviates leg cramps in literally seconds. The roll on version is very convenient and avoids having to massage the liquid into the area with fingers.

Not impressed.
I bought it for around my knees and my calves. I used it at night and before dressing in the morning. Still have pain. But it does smell nice. Won't buy it again.
