Murder, She Cooked: A Cabot Cove Cookbook

Very enjoyable and fun book of recipes from stars even if you are not familiar with the TV show Murder, She Wrote. The author's extensive research resulted in a lot of heart, soul, and humor. Delightful to have ordinary people as the test cooks and so many fabulous tips from them and the author, as well as interesting info from the star/author of the recipes. Cook your way through the book and watch the accompanying episode of Murder, She Wrote. I just may do the same once I have finished cooking my way through Jenny Hammerton's Cooking with Columbo cookbook!

I am so glad this exists

This is a must for the Murder She Wrote fan. Recipes are from guest stars on the series. Jenny Hammerton reached out to fans for volunteer test cooks, so that means people like you and me were the test cooks, not professionals. I was so happy to be able to test cook a couple of the recipes. So fun, and such an honor. I think Jenny is writing a second book, so if you're interested in test cooking I'm sure she'd love to hear from you! They really cover the gamut, plus there are recaps from each of the episodes that particular star was in. What a cool and fun book and cookbook. If you love Murder, She Wrote this is a must own.
