Weird, but works!
Didn't think it was going to work, but thought it was worth a try. Don't expect to be wearing an cooling air conditioner, but it definitely helps cool you down.

It inflates like a balloon
I expected to have a vest with refrigerant or something, but this vest came with two fans mounted into the fabric. Not only were they noisy, but the entire vest inflated like a balloon. Looked like the StayPuft Marshmallow Man. Not a good look at all. Happily, they accepted the return with no problems, so i gave them two stars.
