“Our New” Egg Coddler
We had a family egg coddler for years which recently broke. We bought this one and love it! Fits double eggs and cooks to perfection!

Excellent product
The egg coddlers are very well made and the eggs taste great. One very minor critique would be that the lids are a bit loose and I'm always a bit nervous about them dropping off when lifting them out of the boiling water.

Under performing egg coddler
Egg whites stick to inside wall despite using a lot of butter or oil. very disappointing

Ok in microwave but lid too loose for lifting out of water bath
The lid does not fit tightly on the cup and the slightest tilt allows lid to pull off when lifting out of a water bath which is the way i prefer to cook my eggs. It’s a nice size the large for two eggs and is ok in a microwave where you can lift the coddler out with a hot mitt.

The end result matters
I found it no better than a dish if used in the microwave and less efficient than a screw top on the boil.
