Purchased this as an emergency tool to keep in the car. It fits nicely in the recessed area under the front drivers seat. Hope I never have a reason to use it.

Very good build quality for the hatchet & sheath.Blade is relatively sharp and other features (hammer, metric hex areas, pry bar tip & glass breaker) all seem well designed and should be effective when used.This would be a very addition to a RV, camping or hiking gear or bug out bag.The included whistle is loud but small and the firestarter seems like a good size.This was a great deal during Black Friday, should have bought a few!

Outstanding item.Just as advertised.

I've only used this a couple of times. I'm happy with it's small size and light weight. It'll be easy to take with me and is small enough to take hiking if desired. The hammer end works well as does the blade. I spent some time sharpening the blade before ir's first use, but it's still not as sharp as my larger name brand axe.

Lightweight and easy to carry on your bag. Very versatile.

I keep this in the car for emergencies. It's not particularly light, but that's not an issue given that it's in the car as an emergency tool. It looks durable and sturdy. Not something for a professional lumberjack :-) but I'd recommend it as an emergency tool.

The whistle did not come with a string. The blade is not very sharp.

Heavy duty. Great to keep in your preps.
