I love freeze dried fruit right out of the bag (light, crispy texture) and was really happy I tried this. I wish I could describe the flavor but while they definitely taste like "fruit" they aren't really like any other fruit that comes to mind. They are only mildly sweet (a positive to me) and there's a component to the flavor that one might call v slightly bitter or at least odd that was slightly off-putting in the first bite but by the time I'd finished the bag a week or 2 later I really liked the flavor. I'm always on the lookout for low-sugar fruits and this falls into that category and feijoa also has really high fiber so that's a plus.

Yes these are Dried but seem fresher & maybe less processed than other brands. Crisp but not rock hard.*Made in Georgia means the country not the state btw. Thought I was buying local but I'm pleased with the purchase.

My package had a tear in it upon opening. I'm not sure if it is supposed to be in a block, but this is how it came. It tastes OK, but not the freshest I've had.

Unfortunately, I cannot comment on flavor or texture as the peaches arrived in the form of dust. They were so smashed, it was only powder. And when I tried to exchange it, it says this item is non-returnable. Money wasted.
