Bought this unbrella for my wife last Christmas (2024), but it developed a fault in May 2025. I contacted the company, and the response was amazing - a courteous email apologising for the fault and asking me to return the product. A replacement would arrive, they said, before the end of the week. Not only did it arrive on the Friday of that week, on Monday there was another courteous email enquiring whether we had received it, and requesting confirmation that it was in full working order and that we were happy. It’s not often that companies engage with such courtesy with their customers. Well done, Tumella, and thank you. I wish you well as a company!

Great colours and obviously a sturdy design too. Lifetime guarantee came with it and a lovely note from the sellers/designers. It’s clearly a quality product - wouldn’t call it a lightweight travel umbrella though- it’s robustness comes at a price for its weight- but it’s not overly heavy- neither would I say it was lightweight :-) Can highly recommend product.

This is an amazing umbrella - it’s heavy and incredibly sturdy. However it is advertised as compact, and whilst it does fold down, it is most definitely not handbag sized. It’s also very ‘explosive’ when it opens so not suitable for use in crowded areas? I’m returning it as I wanted a lightweight tiny umbrella. If you want a large heavy umbrella this would be suitable.

This umbrella is exactly as advertised. Its lovely to look at with the coloured pattern and its so easy and quick to put up and down. Im waiting for it to rain so i can use it again. I wish id got one years ago.

Love this umbrella. Great mechanism for opening and closing. It's a bit on theheavy side but that's fine as my main concern is whether it'll hold up when windy.

This is the best umbrella I have ever had. It’s compact enough to put in my bag but still has the bonus of being robust and withstanding wind and rain. I would recommend this to anyone who hates umbrellas that turn inside out easily.
