Off the box, it unfolded pretty fast anything o still left it for 48 hours to fluff up. There was a smell but I wouldn’t say it was bad. The mattress does come infused with green tea. The firmness is just right and very comfy to sleep in.

Honestly amazing mattress. Feels great. Makes your body feel comfortable. The size was perfect for my boys twin beds. He says sleep so well. My son says his bad doesn't hurt anymore. Feels as firm as it looks. Supports your back. Performance is amazingly great for the price I paid! Super satisfied!

I did read the reviews and got done good insight. This is great for a kid. My son loves it, he is smaller so he doesn't sink. But it's soft so it's very comfy

We have 6 kids and over the past 5 years we've needed to get 4 mattresses for one reason or another and each time we've gone with the Zinus green tea mattress. We got the 8 inch this time because the 6 inch was on backorder and it's actually amazing. Really comfortable, and honestly I love that it's a bit heavier because it doesn't slide all over the bed frame.

This matress is comfortable and light so the sheets are easy to put on. Just what I was looking for.

This pad is thick enough to add a little extra cushion to the bed. It washed excellent with no pilling or bunching of the fabric or batting. I will buy this one again for other beds.

You can't see it under the comforter but this might be the most comfortable bed in a box in history! I bought it for a daybed and it's a perfect fit. I'll be buying a second one for the trundle!

I've never slept on a foam mattress before so I was very leery of buying one, but this one had the best reviews of any mattress I had looked at so I took a chance. I received it and removed it from the packaging the day it arrived to let it expand. The instructions said it would take 3 days to expand but that I could use it in the meantime, I didn't want to take any chances though so I just let it expand without using it for the 3 days.I have to say, this is probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. It is just the right mix of support and softness and I could not be happier with my purchase. Great value too, it's the cost of a good quality 4 inch topper but twice as thick. I would buy this again in a heartbeat!

If you are looking for a medium firm mattress, please save yourself the trouble and look somewhere else. This mattress is as soft as a sponge, nothing medium about it. I gave it a week to decompress before really giving it a try overnight.For context, I bought this for the grandparents who are arriving in a few days. I weigh around 70kg, average person.I sat on the edge and I hit the metal frame beneath it, not good. I knelt in the middle and still felt the metal frame beneath, it was painful. I slept on it supine and sidelying, still felt the metal frame beneath, very uncomfortable. Every side of this mattress was so soft that it's painful to sit on/put weight on it. Distributed weight when sleeping helps a little, but still sags that I felt the metal frames beneath giving a very uncomfortable feeling after a few minutes.I would imagine a heavier person on it, or worse, 2 people, would not end well throughout the night. Overall, what I received was either a lemon or their description of medium firm is very misleading.I contacted Amazon customer service and luckily had it refunded. A few days before that, I contacted the Zinus but was just told off to let it decompress for as long as 3 wks.I would not recommend this product.
