Q: Does this work with a Nikon D5600?

This is a manual mode flash but should work fine with any Nikon camera.

Q: How can I get a fast shutter speed like 1/1000 to work with this flash. Currently out of the box it only works with 1/160 shutter speed. Help?!?!

This model does not support high speed sync (HSS). Per Neewer's website, the Vision 4 can sync up to 1/200 sec shutter. For HSS, look at the Vision 5 which supports up to 1/8000 in HSS.

Q: Do I need brackets for mounting the light to the tripod that comes with it?

The handle has a hole so you can insert the tripod. You can start using it as soon as you get it out of the box.

Q: is there any parts for this if this gets damage ?

The bulb if it was to be broken
