I have only used this teapot once and as soon as we put hot water in it started cracking and the tea was pouring out. Item was quite expensive so I'm very disappointed.There was a problem with the order too as we were sent the wrong item initially and it took ages to sort out.

The teapot cracked and leaked within a week / #15 uses, the lid was too small and had to be held in place. It looks great and would make a lovely decoration in a show house.

Ideal size but not very impressed with the quality of the tea pot the glaze on the lid and there is a chip in the teapot and for the price I paid I was quite disappointed

Product was just what we ordered first one arrived with the lid damaged was quickly replaced enabling us to enjoy a nice cup of tea promptly. Excellent company, good communication would highly recommend seller and the product is exactly what we wanted.

I had an issue with my teapot which was resolved quickly. Great customer service. Love the quality and style of my teapot. Highly recommend

Beautiful polka dots design.Very well finished.Thorough packagings.5 stars...Also ordered espresso cups...I just don't know if it can go to dishwashers.. don't want to ruin it's beauty so never tried..but everything else is just amazing! Thank you.

Rubbish. This teapot was not cheap and after only a few months use hairline cracks appeared around and underneath the spout. Teapot was leaking profusely and had to bin the teapot.
