Wow, these things are amazing. Instructions were straightforward, and they do a much better job than ice alone at keeping my ice chest icy cold!

Love love love these ice packs. Very easy to fill and freeze. They lay flat which is perfect for taller coolers. Sturdy material and light weight. Easily wipe off and reuse. Ours stayed froze all day in about 70 degrees out of sun. Would highly recommend.

I recently used these slim ice packs on a glamping trip, and they performed exceptionally well. They kept our food and drinks cold, and the three handled large ice packs with handles worked great in my TJ insulated bags (a great alternative to bulky coolers for road trips). The slim design was a game-changer, fitting perfectly into the tiny freezer in our glamping cabin without taking up much space.Filling them was a breeze thanks to the included funnel. They conform to the contents of the bag, ensuring even cooling. Their design does not occupy much space in our home freezer.The price was right for the quality, weight, and thickness.

These are amazing! I used the to transport a cooler full of frozen breastmilk from Italy to California, a 20+ hour travel day. Using 5 of these, my haul was totally frozen solid when I arrived home. They are great for travel because they don’t weigh much un-filled, and are easy to make and freeze. United airlines told me some kinda of ice packs are not allowed, but these were totally fine. Highly recommend!

This is my 3rd purchase of cooler shock packs in 7 years, and it will be my last!! If you buy the XL size that's new it gives you instructions for the smaller large size, but you don't realize there's a problem until you see the bags aren't very fill after you've sealed and froze them.When I found their great looking large website and called the phone number listed, it came back to the owner of a different company that said they hijacked his phone number over a year ago and he gets non-stop daily calls with people complaining about their products (like me). He also looked and their true phone number is not to be found. Worse yet, check their address on their website and it is a trucking company in California! I replied to their email address on their website and two days later the message came back as "undeliverable"!! It used to be a great company, but I heard they are now being made and sold from China and there is no contact by phone or even email.How it is still able to be on Amazon, I don't know. Hope someone reads this and saves themselves from getting a product that no longer stays cold!!!

I'm surprised by how long they last in my ice chest with prechilled items. The handle makes them easy to maneuver. They are easy to wipe clean. The size is as expected but they are heavier than I imagined.

Wow, I am totally impressed by these gel coolers. These cooler actually last 16 hours and could have last longer, but I had reached my destination. I placed three of these in a very large cooler to drive 12 hours. When I arrived the meats were still frozen and the ice hadn’t melted. I read that using ice with third help packs and not opening the cooler until you arrive at your destination, the food will stay frozen. This was very true. I had over 16 slaps if ribs and other meats. These gel packs work like dry ice.

These are the best ice packs. You can throw a couple in a small cooler (flat & do not take up very much room) in the morning, grab cold goods anytime during day and will still be cool when you get home later.

I wanted to buy the original coolershock and not the duplicates so imported these to the UK.Unfortunately one of the packs (the first one) didn't have much gel powder inside.The other 2 packs had substantially more powder and much heavier.As the first pack is now filled up with water, it wouldn't make sense to return it.The pack was sealed with no damage so this must be a factory quality control issue.Doublecheck all packs are equal weight and have the same amount of powder in each before filling up with water.
