There are holes with pegs on the inside of the legs. Push the pegs in and at the same time pull or push the legs up or down depending on whether you’d like to raise or lower them. I had the push really hard to get mine to go in but eventually I was able to do it.

Q: How do you store the legs under platform when not using?
