There are times where it feels like everyone else - at work, on the bus, at parties - is struggling through winter colds, so I am always keen to use supplements that help support the immune system. This supplement has a lot of ingredients. The vitamins - B12 and D - are what drew me to this product. I am not sure how effective ginger, rosehip, ginger and turmeric are in small tablet form! There is also some zinc and iron in the formulation.The tablets are fairly large, but easy to swallow and fairly flavourless, so are simple to take in the morning with a glass of water. You do need to take two at at time. Overall this is a decent product.

Lovely, great value

I have been using this product for a while now, what I like about it is there’s 15 active ingredients and I had heard of most of them before! This product is suitable for vegans which is an added bonus. When taking them I found them easy to shallow and there was not a funny taste which you can get with other products like this. I have been using this daily to incorporate them into my morning routine has been good as I want to get the benefits from them. Overall, really good product.

We have been taking these for a week or so now, they seem fine, good quality, non of us have had any colds or bugs, which is good. I'm planning to use these when we have important events coming up which we don't want disrupted, holidays, school events, leisure events etc, so far so good .

A good complex for supporting immunity.

The reason that I gave these such a low rating is that they contain garlic in the capsules, which repeats on me — I really dislike that. I’m not a fan of garlic, and don't have it in my dietary intake. But I thought that I wouldn’t notice it if it was in a capsule, and as it was lower down in the list of ingredients, I didn't expect it to be an issue. If you don’t mind garlic I’m sure it wouldn’t be a problem.Other than that, they seems to have solid list of included ingredients that are particularly helpful this time of year (winter) here in the northern hemisphere.
