La testa in silicone è morbida ma resistente, e distribuisce i liquidi in modo uniforme, garantendo una copertura perfetta senza accumuli. Una delle caratteristiche che apprezzo di più è la resistenza alle alte temperature. Posso usarlo tranquillamente su cibi caldi e pentole in cottura senza preoccuparmi che si deformi o si rovini. This is a set of two brushes that are sturdy and great for its purposes. I have a brush from Williams S***ma, but its bristles constantly come off and hard to clean, so I only use it for brushing butter on phyllo doughs when making Baklava. Another brush I own from O*O is good, but doesn't distribute butter as well as WS kind, so I was in the market looking for silicone brushes that don't shed bristles, but brush glaze or butter and such. Well, it looks like I found the perfect one! These brushes are light, but very sturdy, wash well in the dishwasher, and hold glaze/butter well and apply evenly and easily. The bristles are flexible and durable, the handles are comfortable to hold for an extended period, and these brushes are so versatile for a great value that they became my new favorite kitchen gadget quickly! I have used it for brushing egg wash, butter, glaze (both thick and thin) for chicken,and butter spray inside of my bundt cake pan and they all turned out well with no trouble at all. I'm so impressed with these brushes and will come back to buy more if these guys ever wear out (I doubt!). Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for great silicone brushes for an awesome price!!!
