There are no nails or additional accessories required; it's simply a matter of fitting the parts together, which is great for someone like me who prefers straightforward assembly.It’s light-weighted, but sturdy enough to do the job. The digital part can use a type c charger, which is quite convenient.The roller also comes with a knee mat and a sports towel, which are thoughtful additions. I've tried using the roller on carpet, and it works smoothly without any problems. The rolling mechanism provides a consistent movement. Although be careful when finished using, as the centre part may flip around when suddenly retracting the force. Also it’s a bit squeaky as in the video.Despite this, the roller still presents good value and functionality, especially given its ease of setup, quality for the price, and convenient charging method.
