My Dearest Patrolman, Vol. 1 (Yaoi Manga)

I've read this many times & have now bought the official version.It's one to read that's slightly more mature, but not toxic when you want a laugh (specially the thoughts that run silently in Seji's head ).It's cute, full off fluff & brutal honestly on finding love with another man in your 40's, when you've only been with women & said man's about 10-13y younger.It's funny too , especially for Seji wondering will his butt survive making love with Shin, who's harboured feelings for Seji since he arrested him as a teenager. These guys are cute & drawn realistically, especially Seji with his hairy legs & slight pot belly he has got since leaving the force himself, not that that deters Shin. There should be enough material for 3 volumes, which I will be ordering once out.

I was so engrossed in this bl and it left me wanting more. I can’t explain it but it just hits different. Idk what else to say except give it a shot.

This manga is truly a gem amongst the plethora of BL out there. There is great communication and mutual feels from both the MCs throughout the story and it’s caulk full of silliness! It also nice to read a love story between two established adults who are growing together 💚 I highly recommend!

I really appreciate Niyama's characters. They are adult, and realistic. Yaoi/bl doesn't always cater to mature relationships. There is a 10 year age difference, but the youngest is 30 years.They are a sweet pair, and I look forward to the other 2 books that will follow this one.
