I bought a pillow a few months ago that I was (and continue to be) very happy with (see my other reviews). My wife also wanted one, but it was a bit too high for her on one side (the high contour). The measurements on this pillow were a bit lower, so I bought one to try. I tried it first to compare it to my other pillow, then my wife tried it.My opinion: This is also an excellent pillow. It feels like it uses the exact same memory foam material as my other one, which is great. The rebound is exactly the same, the feel is the same high quality, and somehow (don't ask me how) they've managed to create a pillow that's firm enough to support my neck, while still feeling soft enough to give me a full night's comfortable sleep.The pillow has a very high quality protector on it, which unzips for easy washing. It feels silky and smooth to the touch, and the workmanship on it is top-notch. The memory foam inside is then protected by yet another cloth cover, which is stitched all around. Very nice.When I unpacked it, it took shape immediately. It had a slight smell to it (off gassing from the new foam), but this was greatly reduced after 24 hours, and gone in 48 hours. So I suggest leaving it for a day after unpacking before using it. But my wife says I have a freakishly strong sense of smell, so maybe you won't even notice. She didn't.The high side of the contour is visibly lower than my other pillow. My measurement shows 4.9" on the high side, and 3.63" on the low side. The high side on my other pillow is 5.4". I was looking for a lower high side for my wife, so this was perfect.The sleep on it was excellent. I slept soundly all night, and never felt uncomfortable like I do when pillows are too soft or too firm. I could easily live with both pillows, but I'll never have the chance because my wife took this new one for herself permanently.My wife's opinion: My wife is a picky pillow person. I have an entire cupboard full of failed pillow purchase attempts (a.k.a. the pillow graveyard), so I was nervous buying this one. I'm in Canada and this came from the US (much cheaper for these pillows in the US compared to Canada!), so I knew returns would be difficult. Well, no more worries.The first night she used it, she said it felt firm for her. She was used to a much softer pillow. However, she said this pillow clearly supports her neck much better, and she slept better than she had in a long time, so she committed to continue using it for a few more days to see how it feels. By the 3rd night she was already used to it, and said this is her new permanent pillow (yay!). You have no idea how many complaints about pillows I've heard from her over the years, but this pillow has finally satisfied her. The height of the high contour side is perfect for her (she's 5'6", slim). She prefers this pillow's height over my pillow. She generally tosses and turns a lot, but that has been reduced as well. And I'm not sure if she's noticed, but I've noticed she comments about pain in her neck a lot less. That means the pillow is doing a great job.This pillow is a winner. I recommend it. My wife recommends it. Give it a try.

I'm actually going to write a review for this. Umm.. now listen, pillows are very personal. What works for someone else, may not work for you. But.... this is a damn good pillow. I've been on a pillow spree for the last few years. 20+ pillows? I have some neck issues from occipital neuralgia so when it hits, it's serious. Anyway, I don't detect smell, maybe just a little 'new' smell, if any. It comes wrapped in plastic foil. You unfold it and it expands in seconds. I was worried it'd be too big, but no. It goes into a standard pillowcase with ease (this is the larger pillow size). As someone noted... it feels firm and soft at once. It is supportive and I'd use the word 'delicate'. Very pleasant to the touch and on the neck. After first night and a morning nap, my neck feels rested and relaxed. I had to use pain meds two times in a week before this. So... I don't know how long the pillow will last and doesn't deflate, but at this price, it definitely is worth trying.

Received my new memory foam cervical neck pillow, and so far it has provided the comfort and support I desired for my neck through the night to help prevent discomfort. Removed it from the packaging and it came to shape easily. The height and softness of the pillow is a good fit for me, and the cooling material is also a plus for temperature regulation. The cover is easily removable to wash, and if there is an issue with your pillow customer service provides a free replacement warranty within 2 years from purchase!

This pillow literally SAVED me from months of pain in my neck and nods in the shoulders! I have been using the previous pillows for over a year so I wasn't suspecting they were the cause. I've tried everything to solve my pain, including anti-inflammatory, muscle relaxants, acupuncture, EVERYTHING! Surprisingly, all of my back issues disappeared since I've been using this pillow. It is very comfortable and my sleep quality has improved.I was afraid it would be too soft and not firm enough, but it is a perfect fit for my neck in every position, side, back and stomach sleeping.When I received it, it had a weird plastic stink, but I washed the cover and it was perfect.I really recommend this pillow!

I noticed a certain difference - my neck and shoulder felt better the next morning. The ergonomic contour design helped maintain my spine aligned. With this pillow, I could fall asleep faster and wake up refreshed. While I appreciate the two personalized height options, I thought the middle transition session between the two heights could be designed slightly lower and longer to enhance the ergonomic positioning. Still, recommend for anyone struggling with neck pain or restless nights like me, this pillow is worth trying.

The cooling gel really does work and it's a very coolingConAt 5.3 inches high the neck higher side was too high for my neck I'm 5 ft 4 in and I found it pushed up my neck a lot even after a couple of days it did not really softenThe low side is way too low and pushes your chin towards your neck when you sleep so that's not worth using it all It's not just low it's the shape of it If the higher side is opposite your neck then it's going to push your neck down so I don't see the point of offering two sides when one side really cannot do what it's supposed to do which is cradle your neck gapI was really excited for it but I had to return it!
