I found this too big for my mouth so turned it around and will continue using it in reverse at the front of my mouth. Also if you wash it with soapy water make sure you really rinse it for a long time otherwise you'll end up with soap suds being sweezed out which will add to the dribble this can cause. Using it the way it was designed made me gag but I think it will do the job in reverse.

Bad design

I am currently trying to build up muscle for a more defined jaw and this jaw exerciser was appealing through its design, material and price. The medical silicone makes me feel safe when exercising. The jaw exerciser comes with a handy plastic case to store and transport it, so I keep it in my gym bag and use it on my way to and from the gym. Would definitely recommend to build a strong jaw!

Almost unusable

I've tried a few different jaw training devices and they all make me gag. Saw this and was hoping that because it's a bigger area for my teeth to clench onto, it would be easier for me to exercise my jaw. Well, it made no difference. Because it has to sit at the back of the teeth, it hits an area where I have the gag reflex and I overproduce saliva. It's not a plesent feeling, and I couldn't do more than 3/5 bites before I had to spit it out. It does come with its own case for when you need to store it away, safe from any debris or lint. And it does have a larger surface area so it doesn't get lodged in the mouth where you'd need to fish it out using your tounge. My overall impressions, no different from the ones that sits at the front, small ones that sit on either side of the cheeks or this that goes into the whole mouth. I just can't get used to this, no matter how much I want it to work

I've been using this jaw exerciser for a couple of days and among all the ones I tried this one feels like the best one. It fits perfectly and the quality is top notch for the price. Would recommend 👌

The media could not be loaded. This is a high quality and very robust item. I've been biting hard into it all week and can definitely feel a difference in my cheeks, jaw and neck. This one is definitely the right one for people starting out. It gives a lot of resistance.You have to boil it for first use to fit it to your teeth. In my case making the back wider. Shake it before you put it in your mouth though! Boiling water gets caught in the holes and squirts out and burns when you bite. Lesson learned. There are no instructions though. I found all of this out on this page.The only negative for me with this is the design. When I bite down the airholes through the middle fill with saliva and vacuum to your cheeks. Also when my jaw closes the gums behind me teeth pinch them and have ulcerated. So the inside of my mouth is now very sore.ProsIt is tough. The ulcers might be specifically for the layout of my teeth against the device. Who knows. Anyway for that reason I've knocked off a star. It's good overall though and I'll stick with it.

I’ve been using the product for only four days and I already see results. My jaw is stronger and much more structured. It’s normal for the jaw to hurt a little at first, it’s actually a sign that it works. I’ve tried out other products but not one was nearly as good as this one!

kann sein dass es einfach zu groß ist, aber auch die produktionsbedingten scharfen stellen bzw schweißstellen/ klebestellen an sich reiben sofort unangenehmst im mund. habe versucht diese glattzuschneiden, dann versucht die enden generell kleiner zu machen, aber das ist eine arbeit die meine ich, an sich passen sollte. ich habs nicht hingekriegt. ich glaube auch wenn man es etwa hinbekommt, das teil rutscht im mund herum beim der anwendung, sitzt nicht stabil, selbst wenn zu groß. ich habe bereits mehrere solche dinger probiert und bin ziemlich enttäuscht von diesem, hatte mir mehr erwartet. hätte gerne mein geld zurück, aber diese herumschickerei ist unsinnig, nach ausprobieren und zerschneiden. nunja.

Um meine Verdauung zu unterstützen und meine Gesichtsstruktur auch während einer Diät zu stärken, ohne dabei an Definition zu verlieren, habe ich mich entschlossen, diesen Kiefertrainer zu testen. Bisher kannte ich nur die üblichen Kau-Bälle, daher war ich besonders gespannt auf dieses Gerät.Der Gedanke, dass der komplette Kiefer damit trainiert wird, war für mich neu und weckte mein Interesse. Natürlich muss man im Vorhinein bedenken, dass die Veränderung der Kieferstruktur durch einfaches Training kritisch zu sehen ist. Eine markantere Gesichtsstruktur erfordert meist auch Diäten, da oft das Fett die Konturen überlagert.Dennoch kann die Nutzung des Kiefertrainers aus verschiedenen Perspektiven hilfreich sein. Wie eingangs erwähnt, finde ich es sinnvoll zur Stärkung der Muskulatur, vor allem in Zeiten eines Kaloriendefizits oder zur Anregung des Verdauungsprozesses, der ja bereits beim Kauen beginnt.Ich bin kein Wissenschaftler und kann daher keine wissenschaftlich fundierten Aussagen treffen. Was ich aber sicher sagen kann, ist, dass das Gerät gut zu mir passt, obwohl ich den Preis für ein wenig Silikon relativ hoch finde.Ich vergebe daher 2,5 Sterne, aufgerundet 3. Eine Kaufempfehlung kann ausgesprochen werden, besonders wenn man gezielt die genannten Aspekte verbessern möchte.
