Comes with a nice pump and some repair patches in case it develops pinholes. Easy to inflate with the pump and can be adjusted easily to your personal preference.Cons:Vinyl may be easy to damage, especially if over-inflated (its easy to over-inflate). This particular cushion is fairly small and will not cover any but the smallest-seated task chair.Other Thoughts:This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. I sit for long hours on a task chair at my computer, and I was developing a painfully fatigued rear. This cushion makes my computer seat almost as comfortable as my La-Z-Boy.The only complaint I have about this cushion is that it runs a little small. If your chair seat is large, it might be more comfortable to switch it out (your chair) for a smaller seated chair and use the cushion on it, which is what I did. Alternatively you could buy one of this company's larger cushions, not specifically made for task chairs, but I haven't tried this myself.This cushion is made of vinyl and is inflatable. But don't confuse this with those horrible air mattresses. This cushion is comprised of many small interconnected chambers that distribute weight and conform to your shape. Properly inflated, it is easily the most comfortable cushion I have ever used. Amazingly comfortable, in fact.Be careful not to over-inflate this cushion. Not only will it not be comfortable, you might damage it. Use the pump just until the chambers look barely filled, then sit on the cushion and let air out until it feels right, then tighten the valve to close the air in. If you need to adjust it again, the included pump makes it easy.If you are suffering from a sore butt from sitting on your office chair, you need this cushion. It made my computer sessions go from miserable to almost enjoyable. I know this review sounds like a sales-pitch, but test this thing out and you will be trying to sell it to your friends, too.Final Verdict:Buy this now!

This was for my wife, primarily for airplane travel. She has a lot of tailbone pain when forced to sit for long periods of time. Heated seats in the car, and stopping frequently, help in auto travel. But on planes, a different story. On a recent long plane flight, she used this pillow for the first time, and it made all the difference in the world. She did NOT complain of pain at all. It IS on the large size, but is still quite portable. It does require you carry the little pump along, but it can actually carry in the uninflated pillow, in a compartment. Don't pump it up all the way...and you'll need to experiment with inflation pressures to personal taste; but it most definitely DOES work!

I've been travelling long distance on planes a lot in the last year, mainly in steerage/economy, and have to say my butt has suffered extensively. I've tried using home cushions but with little effect. My brother-in-law recommended I look at the ROHO pilot's cushion as a pilot friend of his uses one and raves about it. When I checked on Amazon I realised that the pilot's cushion wouldn't work for me both in shape and price, so I looked at the LTV seat cushion and ordered it. I've been sitting on it at the desk in my hotel for the last five days and can only say it feels great. I fly back to the UK in three days' time and I'm really looking forward to giving it a 'proper' test then. Trust me, if there's any problems I'll come back and edit this review, but have a feeling that I'm going to have nothing but praise for it. Unlike one of the other reviewers, I don't think it's too big for my required usage and at 17" x 19" I reckon it's big enough for non-airplane applications. It moulds very well to my backside and certainly spreads the load excellently, but then rolls up into a small space and fits easily into my cabin luggage. Many thanks, by the way, to all the other positive reviewers (and of course my brother-in-law) for recommending it to me - that's why I love Amazon!

I have lower back and cervical problems and the jarring of a car affects them. The big advantages of this seat cushion are as follows:1) Quality, other cushions fall apart after a few months, this cushion shows no degeration after a year's constant use.2) The air chambers isolate your body from the shock and vibration eminating from your car seat better than foam.3) The amount of air is easily adjusted so that you are not sitting up higher than you want in your car. Other cushions (foam, etc) leave me sitting up so high that I have to scrunch my neck down to see a traffic light at a intersection.Other reviewers have complained that the cushion is small for a task chair, but I think these cushions were originally designed for truck drivers. They are just the right size for a car's seat.
