This is the 4th brand/product I've tried, and the best so far. The packaging is better on this, as it allows the pillow to expand without leaving bumps and creases (a real problem with some other competing products). The smell (mentioned by some) vanished quickly. It is very comfortable. The only improvement I would make is the cover. Some of the competing products have much softer covers. By comparison, the fabric on this one is a little rough/coarse. I'm hoping that with a few machine washings this cover will soften up a bit.

This was needed for a person who needs to sleep with their head below the level of their body for medical reasons, bought the pillow for under their hips. It has worked well for that purpose.

These are decent. I bought two for my husband and I who are struggling with acid reflux.They aren't the most comfortable thing to me, but my husband likes them. I was worried about the cover getting dirty, but it is removable so you can wash it, which is a big plus! I wish they were a bit wider to completely fill the width of our queen-size bed. Right now there is a gap between our wedges.They're pretty firm and provide good support.My only main complaint is that they off-gassed a lot right when we opened them. It's been a week, and you can still smell that lovely memory foam smell when you're laying on them. I'm sure it will eventually go away, but I wish it went away within the week.

Husband confined to hospital bed needs to be repositioned to prevent bedsore. This wedge pillow is the perfect shape and firmness to keep him on his side without any discomfort. I purchased two so we can double up the pillows when needed. Strongly recommend!

Is it a wedge.. yes. But it is not supportive like you would expect or need. Width works but if you are a bigger person(225) this thing goes flat. I have another brand but is 12inch height but it is too high, but firm. Try finding one that says it is firm( dense bottom with memory foam top).

Bought this for my bed after shoulder surgery and used it for my 6-month recovery. Without it, I was relegated to sleeping only on a recliner which got old after a while. This wedge was the right angle to assist me when sleeping on my back as well as getting out of bed. I highly recommend it.

The pillow is comfortable. If you have any neck issues this is not the pillow for you. My neck hurt when laying flat, due to being a side sleeper!
