I knew this one was a pocket book, git it for a gift, but want to keep it :)

I was looking for a current book on research tactics and I loved the size of this book, the diversity of ideas, and the concise way the ideas were presented making the book effortlessly scannable.

It's just a list of design research methods. Not anything really applicable. Like an index to the actual processes, with a brief summary.

Quality book, although it is a little too small to be a true pocket replacement of the full-size book. Details get lost, and when you're discussing design principles, details matter.

Os autores escreveram este livro apenas para mostrar (como um deck de cards portátil) as ferramentas que eles já mostraram em seu livro anterior.Vale pelo seu conteúdo direto e formato portátil.

Kleines Handbuch über Designmethoden.Zwar werden hier 100Methoden dargestellt aber recht spärlich geschildert. Alles auf englisch. Werde es trotzdem bahalten, da der Rückversand kostenpflichtig ist und es sich bei dem geringen Kaufpreis nicht lohnt.Wird in Zukunft eine kleine Übersicht sein wenn ich mal nicht weiter weiß.

Good for seasoned practising designers, for beginners my dears you will get to learn a lot and for that I recommend you purchase this books large version alongside this handy mini one to get a real knowhow. For general readers you will find plenty of ideas to utilise in multiple situations and will definitely benefit. For novices, you will have good conversation starters to talk about.
