I am brand new to the curly girl hair world since I have developed this nice beachy wave during menopause. I got these products at the suggestion of a YouTube blogger and so far, they do seem to enhance the wave pattern differently and better than the Prose products I bought. No greasy side effects and it looks really nice when I use a diffuser with these products. I'm still practicing getting a "cast" down pat but I'll get there. Until then, I'm pleased with the lighter products on my hair and it does seem to help with frizz in this Memphis humidity.

I went by reviews on buying this product. I am not disappointed. I have almost straight grey hair. I thought I would give it a try.I have beautiful curls. Right in style! I did purchase a diffuser to add to my hair dryer. No frizz and all I had to do when I got up, was a quick scrunch and a quick blow dry for volume. And I’m good for the day.Hair is semi soft. But I put the product in while dry. Because I wanted to try it as soon as I got it. I’m sure it will be different when washed and wet.

I have been trying heatless styles and selected these products as Not Your Mothers has always been great. The product quality is great, the mouse and gel are lightweight but still provide good hold when used properly. My hair smelled SO good and my curls were soft but still held their shape all day. My hair stayed shiny, very little frizz (I defuse and use additional product) and looked good.
