Although this grinder is a beautiful blue colour and well made, I completely misunderstood its size and purpose. It's quite tiny, about 4 cm across, and cannot grind fresh herbs. I thought it might be an easy way to make pesto, but it's far too small and fresh basil leaves just turn to mush. It also cannot be used for things that have an outer shell, like cloves or peppercorns, so I'm not sure that I can find a purpose for it in my kitchen. If I dried my own herbs it might be useful but otherwise not.On the plus side, the grinder seems very sharp and efficient, so for some it may have a use. I feel that the product page needs a bit more info on the size of the grinder and a few more details on what it can and cannot do.

Initially I thought that this was a Herb (in the traditional sense) grinder. This is for the herb you smoke so unable to test it properly. The quality is very high end and it looks like it is more than worth the money, but you will have to see what other reviewer say about how well it works.
