Amazon Basics High Density Foam Roller for Exercise and Recovery, 24 Inches, Blue Speckled

I got this because my chiropractor recommended me getting a roller for my back to use daily. I’m definitely glad I bought it. It helps me stretch and gently pop my back every night before bed. I haven’t had any issues with it falling apart. I feel more relaxed after using it. It is firm but not so much that it’s painful to lay on. Only suggestion is to be careful using near your neck because it’s a little bigger and I think is designed more for just back. I would probably get a smaller one if you need it for your neck.

Cheaper material that traditional foam roller that is for physical therapy. We have one from pre-covid years and it is solid but have a little give and much better material. I wish I could find the foam roller we purchased over 8 years ago. This is still do-able but it's the back-up option. No one in my family likes this foam roller as we are use to the physical therapy ones of much better quality.

Cheap way and best way to eliminate back pain!

This thing was recommended by my partner’s physical therapist following hip replacement surgery. I roll it back and forth on the hip and thigh to promote healing and recovery. It also feels great. I imagine it might be helpful after other orthopedic surgery.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This roller is too hard for my back, so I can't review it much.
