I’ve tried several robot vacuums over the last couple of years and they all work, just some better than others!Pros:1. Super easy assembly especially with the easy to follow instructions2. I had zero connectivity issues. After reading other reviews I had some real concerns but those concerns went away real quickly after a seemless setup3. Excellent battery life with very good charging4. This is a premium piece of equipment! Going to this (from my other vacs) was like transitioning to a robot vacuum after using a broom and dust pan! Big jump!5. The mapping feature was easy to setup and accurate6. Yes there is only one brush on this device but it does an effective job at sweeping7. It does a better job of mopping than your tweens and teens...maybe better than some adults too!8. It even empties itself into the built-in dustbin!Cons:1. It only has one brush...one is fine but wouldn't two be better? Like I said, it seems to work well but this was the only quirk that I could point out.2. It cost a little bit, but honestly it probably should cost more!I don't had know about you but I never heard of ROIDMI but if they keep making devices like this they will be mentioned right along side some of the big boys! There really isn't anything to not like from this premium robotic vac/mop! Roidmi definitely falls in the "works better than most" category for me!

My parents bought an old farmhouse a few years ago and renovated it. The house has excellent wooden floors and plenty of space, but it’s difficult to keep clean. After all, it’s a country house and still has a bit of wildness about it. There are old closets, nooks, crannies and closets which all harbor the dust of generations that lived in this house before we bought it.When we got the ROIDMI robot vacuum, my parents were skeptical at first. But they were open to giving it a try. Very soon we were all watching in delight as this diligent little robot began its patrols back and forth across the length of the living room, then dining room, then kitchen. I have to say that it might have captured our hearts with the way it systematically discovered the world around it, feeling out its surroundings, step by step, carried by its little wheels. It wasn’t unlike having a pet explore its new home.We were also delighted by the result. The robot was quite thorough in cleaning up the house. Before every crevice, nook and cranny had dust, detritus and animal leavings in them, but now the wooden floor is so spotless you could eat off of it (not that you’d want to, but it’s an option). Another great feature is the self-emptying and self refilling so our little robot (that we’ve name Roland because, hey, it rolls around) can mop and clean to its heart’s content with us only needing to watch in excitement and, dare I say, some pride in our little guy?

It was easy to get this machine out of the box, set up and let it start charging while I downloaded the app. Wi-Fi was pretty easy to set-up initially. However, during the first use it starting having connection issues. It was going on and offline randomly and would not respond to commands from the app. I had to force reset it to get the Wi-Fi to start working properly. When its working, I think its quieter than a Roomba and seems to transition between rugs and hard floor pretty easily. Biggest problem for me is battery life, it went around the bottom floor one time mapping out and was already down to 80% and went back to the docking station.

This thing takes cleaning to a whole new level. It’s so fun and interesting to watch how this robot is able to map and clean on its own. Setup was pretty easy just make sure to connect it to a 2.4ghz WiFi only for it to work. Once it learns the space it makes things easier and you can control it through the app to tell it where and what room to clean. Very fun to watch and see the robot do it’s magic.

This robot vacuum/mopper is high end! Build quality is phenomenal. Very sturdy and construction is tight. We basically use this on our linoleum, hardwood and tile floors. Our linoleum is old and worn (as you can see from my pictures) but this unit has made it feel cleaner than it has ever been. Very easy to use and maintain. Washable mopping pads (came with an extra set so I can rotate them). No cleaner or solvent needed just add tap water to the clean water tank and you are off and running. Both tanks are easy to access (dirty water tank and clean water tank). Can start smelling a little musty if pads and robot unit are not cleaned weekly. Cleaning and maintaining this unit is so easy. Unit has learned my floor plan with ease. Dedicated app is also easy and intuitive (can be set to run at your time frame). Have always wanted one of these and was able to snag this bad boy. Has helped keep my home (floors) way cleaner with out all the work. I highly recommend this unit to busy households!
