I have 2 brunches installed one in LA second in NY. Soon we will need 6 , People with the comany "red carpet service" every thing was setup for us before it arrived. no technical skills requiered. It's easy , and beautifully installed 5 volts adapter. It's worked in 2 locations flawlessly for month now. If your fingers aren't being read correctly you may want to use the amaizing face recognation it is much smarter you get 100% readings on your employees registration, The learning curve is the hardest part. even if your staff is full of 75 year olds it works great for them. Their support is another reason why I am here telling people why I like the units. They answer questions and are adding features all the time. This company supports their products . It's a fine solution for small, medium and large enterprise

This time clock never worked properly, the software they use to track the clock-in/outs is not user friendly at all, and good luck getting them to cancel the service and stop charging you! Absolute nightmare to deal with!

We are a small business of 14 people. This system is perfect for our needs. I love this face recognition device! The company on the cloud was setup for us before delivery, we enroll our employees faces in a matter of minutes. This system is a great value for us. The responsiveness of technical support team assist us for setting up the company rules and employee’s contracts. This is going to save me lots of time and we will have much more accurate payrolls. I recommend this device for others too.

This was supposed to help us streamline our time keeping, but finally we finally decided to throw the time clock in the trash after 4 months of trying to figure out how to use it. Please do not waste your money.

I have had no problems with the fingerprint scanner or the facial recognition software.My main complaint is that Timedox is only capable of very simple calculations and operations. It is only really useful in situations where everyone has the same schedule, and you do not need to do anything more than add up the total hours worked.

Their online portal is not very user-friendly. It looks like it was designed in the 90s, it has no graphical user interface and its home page so much useless information that isn't relevant. Their support isn't very easy to reach at times, being on hold multiple times to only get the called dropped.

First item I had a problem but technical assistance helped me and change for a new one
