Item comes with stickers that leave thick adhesive residue - even when carefully removed. Now I have to choose between sending it back or scrubbing it. Great. Thanks. Just what I want to do at work. Please remove the Made in USA stickers. You're not doing anybody any favors and the Chinese wouldn't make such a stupid mistake. I'd be more forgiving, but I now notice others have been complaining about the problem for months and you haven't bothered to fix it.

Better for a very low pile carpet (like indoor-outdoor carpet). I have a low pile carpet and the mat is not as hard as I like. If it was, the wheels would not be digging slightly into the mat. In other words, it just doesn't roll across the mat smoothly. Also, a minor point, the large label the distributor places on the mat is almost impossible to remove. I finally bought a can of goof-off to remove it.

This mat comes rolled in a tight tube. Manufacturer placed about three large stickers on the product that required goop-off to remove. Despite these initial shortcomings the mat is well made and thick enough to roll the office chair around on and not fail like you're deforming it nor feel like you're on a completely stiff hard plastic sheet that will later crack and break. I've had both over the years and believe this mat with tapered edges to last a long time. I would buy again

I bought two of these and both were shipped in separate boxes that were not appropriate for the material, therefore each pad was bent at the edge and I had to lay them out in the sun for several days to get the pads to lay flat. After a couple of months they still stick up on the edges which make them dangerous. Also, I thought they were for a deeper pile than what they are and my office chairs tend to leave dents where I sit, making it difficult to move about.

We have ordered 17 of these and all work great but all have 3 stickers on them and one is black. It took hours and 2 bottles of goop-off to remove/scrape off the labels. And each one came in its own not appropriate box, bent in half, but laid flat after a couple of hours. We are intending on ordering about 20 more of these, wish there were NO Labels!!!

This seems to be a perfectly good chair mat. This would be a five star review, except Amazon, the manufacturer, or some intermediary has chosen to cover one of the stickers on this mat with a giant opaque black paper sticker that immediately shreds when you try to remove it, leading to hours of sticker-scraping fun.I don't know what that sticker said, but it must have been pretty horrible if they were willing to ruin the product to protect us from it.

The material is not very thick and will indent where the chair rollers are after you have been sitting for a while. This makes it had to roll the chair when you want to move.

not as firm as I had hoped; allows wheels of chair to sink in slightly so I get stuck. Barely meets their spec but need to figure out some way to brace it so it lasts longer.
