Eady to carry for muscle cramps

I called EMT's to my house when I had muscle cramps in both legs that wouldn't quit. They told me to drink pickle juice, or if I did not have any, to eat a bit of mustard. That stopped the cramps immediately. I bought the carton of mustard packs to keep in gym bags, the car, school bags, etc.I have since seen this advice in the newspapers. Muscle cramps from dehydration are no joke. These packs are easy to carry.

Taste great, great value!

Bought these for packing lunches for the kids. Throw a couple of these in their lunches with their ham sandwiches and the kids can put the mustard on fresh, instead of the bread getting soggy. They open easily for me, but both kids say the packets are a little hard to open though. If I cut a little slit with scissors, they open easily for them. Great taste.
