So far so good!
Product arrived well packaged and un damaged.After a fairly straightforward install I fired up my 2013 x5 3.5 and the AC/Heater system now performs perfectly!I cannot comment on the part's longevity but for the cost there is nothing I can complain about!

Ac and heat works
Used on 07 4.8i x5 that had no heat or ac blowing through vents and some vents didn't blow atall. After installing this part it worked like new again. Defenately a buy and installation is not hard either.

Broken
First, the box was broken then when I inspected it there was a chip in the wire connector. See the encircle part. Disappointed.

The conncetor on the part is the side of 1 hose. Picture is on the side of two hoses as oem.
