I’ve been using this smart door lock with a built-in doorbell for a few weeks now, and it’s been a game-changer for home security and convenience. The installation was relatively easy with the help of the step-by-step app instructions, and the lock integrates smoothly with my smart home system. I previously had a Altro Smart door, one of the few smart door with a camera, rather then needing two system. This is a major improvement over Altro's. 1) The ability to run a local server for video recording and storage directly to the chime hub is +1 2) The apps control and integration - especially for the start up was simple as long as you've got a basic level of logic setup. 3) I already had the door holes and latch done from the altro, so it was a direct swap with zero carpentry work. I didn't even need to swap the door latch, so I have a spare for the future. 4) Quiet. It's amazing how the mechanical sound of door opening and closing was so noticeable with the Altro, when I had the Eufy S330 setup and working, I nearly hear it open or shut (initially concern, thinking it wasn't working!). Overall, great upgrade for me and so far, very pleased with it.

Excellent smart lock! I had a very expensive Kwikset biometric lock that I couldn't stand using any longer. I trust Eufy products as I have many Eufy items and they've all been working perfectly. This smart lock was very easy to install and the biometrics are very reliable. My old Kwikset didn't recognize my fingerprint after one day consistently. I got locked out so many times because of that Kwikset lock. With this Eufy, my finger print is recognized every single time and it is very quick to respond. AND!!! I love having the camera on it! I have it placed on the door to my garage. With this lock, I can easily see inside my garage via the app. It also can connect to Alexa. The touch controls are easy to used very responsive, hidden keyhole if needed, fast battery charging, recognizes fingerprints every time in heat or when wet from rain...what's not to love about this? The app is super easy to navigate too. If you have an Apple Watch, you can get alerts on your watch for entry, locking, battery percentage and detecting movement.
