Very needed
Good book much needed, bought it more for trying to persuade my father that he can cook better more healthily above his present diet, so should come in handy. The western diet is far too processed salty fatty ergo damn right bad for us so we should be smarty in our cooking.

Essential and Inspiring
As someone dealing with high cholesterol, I found this book invaluable. The recipes are delicious and easy to follow. A shame about the lack of images, otherwise it would have been perfect. Four stars!

Great Recipes
Since I have been diagnosed with high cholesterol, I have been on the lookout for low-cholesterol recipes. This book has a great selection and I can't wait to try them. I got the Kindle version, which didn't have any images that I thought would have been a great addition.I loved the dessert options!

Loving this Book Already
I liked that the book started with an introduction about Cholesterol, its benefits and risks to our health, so paving the ground for the recipes and the meal plan that follows later on. It caters to all kind of diet preferences such as vegan, vegetarian, and pescetarian for example. At the end it also includes a desserts chapter and beverages as well to play around. I found the recipes very easy to follow and enjoyed most of the meals I made till now! Can't wait to continue trying new recipes any other day.
