We got this kit when out 742 blew a seal on a Saturday we needed it for Sunday afternoon and thought we where out of luck all the shops where closed. We ordered this and with the 1 day shipping option and the Amazon Logistics delivery we got the kit at noon Sunday it went together perfectly and we where still able to do the job. Kit is perfect for the 742 we have seals seem to be good quality and we have no leaks.

It worked well and fixed the cylinder. I would suggest in the future they give some installation instructions to make the repair easier. What would a sheet of paper cost. What I found out the hard way that one seal really needs to be soaked in warm or hot oil in order to install that one seal properly.If they are selling to the public some generic installation instructions would be nice. and really wouldn't cost the vendor anything other than a piece of paper.Other than that it worked great.Brian

Fit perfectly in the lift arm cyl on my 743.

All parts needed to rebuild lift cylinder on my 753, will do other side now too. Original seals had perished and was leaking out of the gland seal. Works well so far. Buy the tool to fit the gland oil seal, makes it a much quicker job.

Ordered two kits but one was missing the rod seal.Got sent another kit but had to return bad kit for credit. Also, piston nuts are included but they aren't lock nuts like the original. I refused original lock nuts with a little lock tite to ensure they don't loosen up. Easy to install if you warm the seals in hot water first.
