Almost doesnt work with Mac OS. Almost.
When I plug into my Macbook i get 4 blinking red lights (PS3 mode) and the right analog stick doesnt map properly. Only one axis works. I thought it was broken. I exchanged mine and got the same thing. BUT. If you insert the USB very slowly, you get two red lights. Hold "Home" & "Select" and the right two lights light up. This is Android mode and worked best for gaming/emulators on Mac. Everything maps. Works great. This will work until you unplug it. The issue is power related. When i plugged the controller into a wall charger to experiment, i just get two lights and can mode switch. But when plugging into the Mac, it sends full (too much) power and it jumps into blinky 4 light Sony mode and you cant switch out of it with "Home" & "Select". but by plugging it in very slowly, it gets less power and you can trick it.

Good 3rd Party Control for the Money
To be honest, I was not expecting much when I bought this off of Amazon. Usually these have a horrible flaws like a terrible D pad or buttons that feel like squishing a grape. I was veey pleasantly supprised though. Usually the D pad on cheap controls is mushy, but this one was solid and responsive. The Analog sticks seemed to work well., but were close to being too stiff. For players with smaller hands. , thos could be a problem. The 4 face buttons are good for me but were close to being too stiff which was unusual. Again, for players with small handd this might be an issue. The biggest drawback to this control is the shoulder buttons. They feel sloppy and mushy. There is a noticible delay between hitting them and any action they are used to preform. This is not the case with the D pad or the 4 face buttons or when the Analog sticks are pused down as a button imput. The other slight issue is that if you turn off a PC or Android device with the control plugged in, you often need to unplug and plug it back in as it becomes unreposive. Overall veey good for a generic 3rd party control.

Pros and cons - must read!
First off, i'd like to say that the value of this controller for 12 dollars is most likely unbeatable. (most likely being that a higher tier controller isn't on sale, just be wary that 10 dollars more would be worth itPros:-decent weight, same as a standard controller (default xbox or playstation)-good price and shipping speed-looks decent-performs decent (will comment in cons)-good wire length-sturdy build, doesn't flex or anything would not survive a throw though.-has a great feel for larger handsCons:-cord feels cheap, like one that quits working from casual bending.-power button does nothing, obviously.-some of the screw holes on the back weren't smoothed, so a little jaggy and rough, nothing pointy though.-pitted sticks (felt okay, but i eventually swapped the rubber on the sticks with old ps3 sticks' rubber, feels a lot better.)SERIOUS ISSUES/CONS:-2 led lights always on, for some reason, and they're blinding depending on the angle, enough to distract you. these leds also can be seen through the buttons (home, select, start, and power)-L2 and R2 feel absolutely horrible, no matter how you press them, and the press range is only about 1.5cm, meaning if you play games like forza, it's either 100% or 0% throttle. (They might aswell be buttons.) Very uncomfortable to use. (with this said, L1 and R1 feel great, as they bend with the controller in an even way)- Buttons (analog down, left, right, and up) and (A, B, Y, and X) are all VERY close together compared to usual controllers, so if you have large thumbs, you may fat finger on accident.-(this may be an opinion) buttons (A, B, Y, and X) feel great soft clicks, but analog (down, left, right, and up) have a very cheap click feel, like they couldn't afford to put rubber on that side too, and will make a loud click noiseOverall, I probably would recommend this controller at this price range, but if you're looking to be cheap you'll get it, just go up a tier it'll be worth it.

Great controller for price.
I am actually impressed with this controller, even though I have had it for just a few days. Most “cheap” peripherals have very little weight and are generally small. This controller has a good weight to it. It also has a great fit for my adult hands. I dont get hand stress while using this controller as I do with other cheap peripherals. The plastic seems thicker which I believe should hold up. The buttons are responsive to the touch.I am using this controller for the PC. So far just one game. But I really like that my hand doesnt get tired because its not small. You can not beat the price either. Which makes this controller impressive. You can buy 2 for just a bit more then the amazon version and have one for backup or a friend.I know this review is pretty good. I am just happy to save money and have a controller that has a good fit for my hands.

So close to a five star deal
PROS-Functions like you expect, plug and play, supports xinput, android, and what I believe is a directinput mode(shows up as PS3/PC mode)-Vibrations are nice and responsive in every game I have played-Nice feel to itCONS-Oh jesus christ the dpad, the dpad ain't nothing to write home about. I have found it to very difficult to use it for 2d games and for precise input in MK11, the issue being, when pressing and one of the 4 directions, it is almost impossible to not accidental go diagonal. In the heat of the momment, if I need to press left twice to dash, and i end up pressing left downleft, or left upleft, it just doesn't work out.-The analog sticks aren't the worst, but they do feel cheap when trying to click themOVERALLIf the damn dpad was better, this would be my favorite controller.
