Tea tree ( strip wax ) package
Great value for money as you get everything you need for waxing! However, for me the strip wax didn’t remove anything on my face. Maybe it’s more suited for body hair. I tried a variety of methods, waxing it against the grain and with the grain. As well as applying more wax and less wax to see if that was the problem. I’m not sure if it has too be fully set and dry to work but I did wait about 5 to 10 minutes for it to cool and set to then wax- however no joy. Apart from that really good, I may just try another wax

Very efficient and good value for money!
Really pleased I ordered this kit, it comes with enough strips to do a full body wax 4 times and plenty of sticks, I have hardly used any! I use a whole tub each time I do a full body wax but refills can easily be found on Amazon. The warmer is easy to use and warms the wax quickly. The temperature of the wax makes a big difference in the way it applies to the skin, I found it’s best to heat it up on full heat then turn it back down to medium otherwise the wax gets too runny to work with. The pre care gel is very good and I find the post care lotion in particularly good for removing the stickiness and to sooth the skin.I applied a light layer of baby oil all over the warmer to stop the wax sticking and to make cleanup easier, baby oil also removes any stubborn wax off the kit especially while it’s still warm and I would definitely recommend using it to keep your kit clean and tidy.I do recommend putting down an old bed sheet or something as it can get messy.Saves me soo much time and money and the results last for weeks, really chuffed!

Great for easy to reach areas. But pros are pros for a reason...
This unit appears to be the same one my waxing lady uses. It's an expensive business getting waxed and there's a reason. Don't expect the same results doing it yourself. For armpits this is awesome. And I'm sure calves work too as they're so reachable. But good luck with backs of thighs, advanced bikini waxes or anywhere intimate.I think what pro waxers have in their favour beyond experience is a table. You lie. They wax. The wax doesn't drip because they are spreading it flat and thin. Now you try sitting cross legged doing your inner thigh. You end up going over areas multiple times and as soon as there's overlap or you hit the same skin twice accidentally, bye bye skin. This is seriously sticky stuff. Course it is. As a novice, expect drips onto your belongings even when you twirl the stick and are super careful. Towels will be unsalvageable. Today I discovered acetone will remove the wax from hard surfaces.So. I stored this unit upright. Or so I thought. A gentle angle was enough, over time, to spill this seemingly solid wax over everything that was underneath it in my storage bin. Nightmare. This is a great professional solution for small areas like face and pits etc. But good luck to you for anything else. Still. It pays for itself after a handful of pit sessions so I think it's still worth it. Don't expect to give up your beautician though.

Leakage in package
The lid was open on one bottle and the lotion had spilled inside the box.

Good value for money and works like a charm
First and foremost if you help decide wither a product is good from the reviews then please read the below:This waxing kit is better than High street waxing companies – . I personally have been using this and Hive Depliatory hard wax for about three months and I’ve found it to be an excellent product and good value for money.I use another brand wax with this melting pot –I heat this to the correct temperature and test this on my arm first to avoid any burns.Ensure that your skin is ready to wax- please read my FAQ’s belowIf you are a first time waxed I recommend that you allow your hair to grow to a suitable length for the wax to grab the hairs – if it is longer then trim or shave everywhere and wait three weeks before waxing. It is essential to prep the skin pre waxing and ensure that you haven’t had a hot bath or sauna steam before wax. There are brilliant training videos on YouTube if you are unsure of how to carryout waxing on your self in a certain area. There anything I should do before my waxing?Yes.• Refrain from taking a shower or bath immediately before the treatment. Soaking the hair will soften it, allowing it to break more easily and making waxing less effective.• Make sure the hair is the appropriate length for waxing.?• Make sure that the area(s) to be waxed are clean.• There are certain medications and products that should not be taken or used if you plan to have a waxing treatment soon. Topical exfoliants used on the area to be waxed such as Retin-A, Renova, and hydroquinone, oral acne medications such as Accutane, blood-thinning medications, and topical/oral cortisone make the skin more sensitive and increase the likelihood of irritation or other complications. Please check with your doctor if you are unsure whether you should be waxed while on or using a medication. How often should I get my waxing treatment?Every four weeks. Regular waxing is essential. The skin will be less sensitive if waxing is done every 4 weeks. Over time, with regular waxing, the hair follicle will have less and less of a grip on the hair to be pulled and the hairs will come out more easily.Another reason to wax frequently is that you may even experience less hair growth over time. How can I prevent ingrown hairs? For the next 24-48 hours avoid on the waxed areas:• use of exfoliating products (Alpha-Hydroxy Acid (AHA) products, loofahs, scrubs, etc.)• direct sun exposure and tanning beds• creams with fragrance or ingredients that may irritate• deodorant: it results in irritation and clogging of open follicles• wearing tight clothing: results in irritation and inflammation• excessive heat, such as that from hot tubs and saunas. Warm showers are okay.• exercise, if it may cause chaffing or sweating• touching the freshly waxed area: this encourages irritationAfter 24-48 hours, regular exfoliation loofah or exfoliating glove will help keep skin soft and prevent ingrown hairs. – I use a homemade sugar scrub ( ask a question above for recipe )Can I shave between waxing appointments? No. Please do not shave between waxing appointments! It disrupts the hair growth cycle resulting in more hair at your next appointment.Hope you found this helpful
