I somehow ordered this full face helmet when I meant to order the modular. I reached out to HAX through Amazon explaining my mistake and asking how it should be handled, They suggested it will be quicker/easier to purchase the modular and send the full face back for a refund. The more I looked at the full face version, the more I liked it and showed it to my wife, who fell in love with it so I just kept it for her. My modular came the next day so I contacted them again, and both times received timely responses to my inquiries. A few days later I noticed a $30 coupon for the modular, so I reached out to them again and they were more than happy to refund me the difference. I read a few reviews that cautioned their customer service, but that is not what I experienced. They were quick to respond, answered all my questions, and issued a refund. I just got done setting both helmets up with Bluetooth intercom. I used mine for the first time yesterday and couldn’t be happier with the fit and performance. For me, having the ability to go open face at any given time quickly is massive. The vents seem to be in all the right places and they work well. I highly recommend this helmet and company. Excellent product, meets US and European safety standards, the price is very reasonable, and they are stylish. Go for it, you won’t be disappointed.

Did all the proper measurements and followed the procedures outlined in the fitment chart and I am just amazed by how well this fits. Having an "Intermediate" shaped head it can be a bit difficult to find onw that fits well and wont give you a headache by being so tight up front. The vent up front is phenomenal, the additional sun shade that comes out of the top sits perfectly above my nose. Although you can see it when its fully in the up position, its nice to have that reminder that its there. The interior padding is very breathable without sacrificing insulation. I did have to clip in a couple of the pins but I had planned on taking the padding out to install audio anyway so its not a big deal. The visor it comes with is a little dark, but for $30 I'd recommend getting a clear one as well as the mirrored simply for safety. And swapping that out is insanely easy. Super light with the airfoils at speed, can feel it apply a little bit of lift but not so much that it applies pressure. And it looks amazing, the flat black with the red accenting is right up my alley. 🤌🤌

Very comfortable helmet. Fogs up a bit even with the vents open but seems very sturdy. Also one side on the lower part of the helmet seems to come out of its slot but still a great helmet. Hope I never actually have to test it

Cancel noise. Love the look n color. Worth the price. Clear vision. Easy to slip on. Bought a Warhawk n stickers to match reflective.

Nice starting helmet for learning, poor venting. If you have glasses they will fog, but the helm is comfortable outside of that. Make sure to get a pinlock for the visor because it fogs too. And the drop down glasses also fogs fast.

I replaced my Shoei RF-1200 with this and I’m so in love. I can’t honestly critique the Shoei because it was much too small with no liners (so I could fit it), so the noise level of the Hax has considerably lower levels, the latching strap is so smooth as well as the operation of both visors. The helmet is light compared to the Shoei although it’s three sizes larger. I love the airflow, functionality and value. Also my Cardo Spirit HD with 45mm speakers fit beautifully and the sound quality isn’t degraded.

I'm a bit ambivalent about this purchase..Pros...The overall fitment is decent and I'd give it just an OK in the comfort rating ..Clarity of the shield and look overall of the helmet is decent..I have a few cons..the overall airflow is inadequate..Tends to fog up inside due to that...the main reason I believe to blame is the chin cuff that seals the helmet from upward ⬆️ airflow...Im going to cut it out and that should alleviate that issue...Deploying the built in sun 🌞 glasses is cumbersome..and they don't tend to nest back in totally...For a helmet less than $200 it's an adequate helmet...I'm not in love and I don't hate it either...just could be better .. anyway...Safe riding to all ..

The best feature on this is the quick release. I don't think I could use a helmet without it! It's comfortable, and cool. Pretty noisy, but you should be buying ear protecting anyways. For the price I could not find anything in the same league
