I received my cooler yesterday in good condition. The packing was sufficient for protection. The only assembly was to put on the wheels. All functions work properly. All the function choices are awesome. With the lightest touch you can set the controls. The remote is a nice feature and I will definitely use it while sitting in my recliner. 😁 I have a tile floor and found that my tiles aren't perfectly level. I use small rubber pads under two of the wheels to level it. If the cooler doesn't sit level the water won't be distributed to all three side filters properly. It works/cools very well. It came with two drain plugs and I'm glad it did. The drain plug on the unit I received is dripping. That definitely isn't a deal breaker because the over all performance is exceptional. It's much quieter than I thought it would be. I hope it lasts a long time, and I will update later. With the price of this cooler at about half of what you pay at a big box store, you can't go wrong. Update: April 2025, still running great. I like it so much I just ordered the larger 3500 cfm. I'm pretty excited because I was pleasantly surprised of how well it cools. I've read a few reviews about the plug leaking. I got a couple of those silicone cone shaped wine bottle plugs and put it in on day one. Worked great, no leaks. NEW UNIT: I received my 3500 CFM unit on May 1st in good condition and set up in my bedroom. I liked my 1800 unit so well I got this one. I checked all the settings and they work as intended. FYI Alert: when checking the cooling mode, make sure you have plenty of water. I put two gallons in and checked and the pump didn't come on. Scared me a little, but I half filled the unit and the pump worked fine. The first night I got colder than expected and shut it off, nice to have a small remote inside my pillow case. Update to come.

Unit was cracked and could only be seen once it was filled with gallons of water - it flooded my room and could not be lifted to be drained was a total disaster. When it was partially filled it didn’t leak yet I turned it on and it did create a lot of moist wind but created a terrible dead fish smell. I think I may have been sent a used unit the filters looked very yellow. now I’ve got to figure out how to ship this giant thing back and repair my floor.

El aparato muy práctico, pero su verdadera función que era enfriar el ambiento no lo hizo. Termine agregando cubos de hielo 🙄para q medio se enfriara el cuarto. Y las 2 hora ya era aire caliente 🤦‍♀️,al dia siguiente devolvi el producto. Ya paso 2 semanas y todavía estoy esperando mi reembolso.

Perfect size perfect price great so far!!! Have been looking for one for our lanai back terrace and this one is perfect. Cools the area perfectly without ice or figure ice packs. Trying to see how long resivour last. Will update soon.

I give it four stars because I had to request a replacement. The pump did not work on the first one. However, the cooling was so good I did not notice it at first. I had wet the pads on the initial fill. I opened it to check the ice packs and notice the water was not flowing. Replacement came about three days later. I purchased this because it looked almost identical to a more expensive cooler that has the same cup holder top. The model number is JH-320Y which is the same as that unit. I read the reviews for that unit before I ordered this one. The only difference I found is this cooler does not have the additional hose filling option. It also has a 12-hour timer not 2 as listed in the description. I plan to purchase another.

Let me explain. I've had it for one summer and now it's starting to get hot here in Las Vegas. So, starting to use it again. It's already leaked one time during the first few months I owned it in the summer where the little silicone plug thingy started leaking and had to toss that one because for some reason it just wouldn't stop leaking out of that one. Thankfully they gave you two. They don't tell you what sizes these are. They don't have a way to purchase replacements. So, you're SOL if they both start leaking. Great. You have to figure that out on your own. And on top of that, there's a screw that if you go straight up from where the drain plug is, that screw, if it ever loosens, will leak. Why? No idea. I haven't opened it up to look inside, so I couldn't tell you why it leaks from that screw. Especially when the tank is not full enough to even be anywhere near that screw. Yeah, I found that screw leaking today, and somehow tightening it stopped it from leaking. But why was it leaking? After all this time, I couldn't tell you why it decided to start leaking, and it's just a singular screw where the water just started pouring out of... lovely. Did not want to buy a fan that I had to clean up puddles after. Aside from that, it does keep things cool very well, but it is quite loud. I know fans can tend to be loud, but this one is on the louder side.

The media could not be loaded. This was already returned for an even exchange because it started leaking. But I thought it was just a fluke & I really needed one. I got the exchanged one & 30 days later it started leaking & within 2 hours the water reservoir completely emptied onto my carpet but I did not discover this until morning. The next night I put a container under it & it completely emptied again. I lost out on $$ since I can no longer return it. Buyer beware

What a great buy this is!! Definitely worth the money and works so great. I love that it comes with ice packs to make it easier to make the air colder!
