This is a fantastic aid for anyone providing catering services to the public. I ordered this for use in a coffee shop and it has everything we need including allergy signs. The books are wire bound which allows them to lay flat on the table when open.The book has a wealth of advice and charts. It provides information about a wide range of food related health and safety and has been a great source of information about things that should be taken into consideration.Also very useful is the diary and charts for record keeping. This was bought to flick through and see if it was of any use but it has been incredibly helpful and it is still a week before the caffe opens.
