Stay healthy
Works as advertised takes sometimes 10-15 minutes for the water around through.Everyone should be used one of these as a note. The government right may roll back some restrictions on parts for Million, I don’t trust them get one of these.

Makes water taste like nothing!
This is a lovely water pitcher that does a great job making the chlorinated tap water at my office drinkable. A great design and works exactly as I'd hoped.

I’ve gifted by college age daughter with this filtering pitcher as well; she loves it!
My family and I always use this filtering system with confidence that we are drinking water that will benefit our health and have bought several pitchers over time.

Absolute Junk
This pitcher has multiple problems.1. The top does is not held in place securely. If you do not hold in on while you pour, it will come off and flood the area.2. The description headline calls this a 10 cup - 80 ounce - pitcher. In fact, if you add over 16 ounces, all of the water over that amount stays in the chamber above the filter. Unfiltered water to flows over the filter chamber and into your cup first. The filtered water remains in the bottom chamber.3 The least expensive filter sold sold by Epic is $15, but to get that price you need to buy multiples. If you expect to filter out fluoride, bacteria, virus, cyst, lead, chromium 6, PFOS, PFOA, heavy metals, OR pesticides be prepared to spend $54 for a single filter.4. The timer that tell you when to replace the filter is a simple countdown timer. It has nothing to do with the volume of water passed through the filter. This means that a household of one (mine) will get a replace filter warning just as soon as a household of four, or ten, or twenty. It makes no difference. This is complete garbage. Mine hit the recycling bin yesterday. The top came off and flooded my kitchen for the last time.

Water tastes good. Hope the pollutants are removed as promised.
The carafe is slow to filter which is good if it is filtering properly. Without testing at this end just have to take the sellers promises. The water tastes good so hopefully it’s a good sign. It fits in the door shelf. Unfortunately, half the height is taken up by the reservoir that holds the tap water which of course will remain empty after the water is filtered into the bottom of the carafe. The top and reservoir falls out if you tip the carafe nearly upside down to empty the contents.

Slow, not great pitcher
i think its solid fiter but the top comes off all the time. when the top doesn't come off, the water from the top resivoir spills out all over into the glass (non filtered water). The reason its up there is because it literally takes an hour plus to get a GLASS of water filtered down, this is the slowest i've ever experienced. Not sure if it's a faulty one but we saved it for moving, and have used ONE filter for less than the time it's alloted (only 40 days) and it takes us an entire day to get a pitcher filtered.

Good tasting water, but has a few design flaws.
Pros of the water filter: It does taste great, and I loved that it can filter out forever chemicals/other contaminants.Cons: It takes a while to filter the water, my fiancé and I drink a lot of water. It says it holds 1 gallon, but that's with the filtered water and refilling the unfiltered chamber. So you will be filling it up a lot and waiting at least 10-15mins before it has filtered the full amount. The issues I have with the design: you have to physically open/close the spout otherwise the filtered water will spill everywhere when pouring. If the chamber is full and you try pouring it, you have to hold the lid to the top because it will fall open and unfiltered water will spill everywhere.Lastly, there has been a green film that has shown up twice in the filtered water chamber. I cleaned the pitcher with soap/water before using, and after the first time I noticed the green growth. Has anyone had this problem? If the water is filtered, I am not sure what is growing in the water. I am currently looking for a different filter because of this issue.
