Unique!
Super unique material for cooking. I always read and hear about how brass and copper are great for cooking and I can confirm that it really does make a difference. Able to sear meat really well on this pan. I know you're supposed to use it for other things like biryani but the point I'm making is about the material. Well I guess unique for this East Asian guy. We pretty much only use carbon steel, but folks in other parts of the world have been using brass and copper to cook forever.The other thing about this pan is that it doesn't fit in with my other cookware aesthetically. It's a nice piece, but it doesn't look industrial.Going to continue using it for my cooking though!

Big & Beautiful Utensil
Its beyond beautiful. Loved the big size of this pot. The lid fits perfectly well. . Would surely recommend this to buy specially because it saves 93% of food nutrients .

Beautiful Serve ware
I know you can cook with this but since I don’t know anywhere that tins brass I don’t want to wear the tin down cooking and put myself at risk of leaching the lead used in the brass unknowingly down the road.With that being said I is beautiful and it gets a lot of compliments. I am a big fan of the quality and if I end up getting a whole set I may do the necessary research in regards of finding some one who can maintain the protective tin.Until We Meet Again-Off The Grid Ken

The lid did not fit , it was bent so it would not seal
This is a very expensive pan and to have it arrive with a lid that did not fit and the brass bots that was welded on , left a very sharp edge. Very disappointed

Love the cooking experience!
This is truly a masterpiece! This cooking pot not only helps me with even heating throughout but I have realised that it also adds a lot of flavour and taste to my food. I also use it to serve at my parties that I host and everyone is in love with the shiny hammered look of it too!
