Although I thought it was a tad expensive, I got this because I really need to exercise my hands. Especially my fingers. I'd had a fall, and hurt my hands, then arthritis really set in. As I am a keen embroidery fan, I needed something to help with that. This is just the thing. This palm exerciser is made of sweat absorbent microfibre fabric, and seems to have a poly bean filling. It fits nicely around the hand, with a Velcro strap and has another strap which seems to be a wrist support. I've been using it a couple of days and I can feel the difference already. My hands are less crabbed, and not as osinful. Best of all, I am able to embroider for more than a few minutes. I'm hoping that this continues.

Recently, my usually active 76 year old uncle has suffered from a left hemisphere acute stroke, which has caused paralysis and muscle weakness on his right side of the body.Although he has been given a full daily rehabilitation programme, there is little exercises to fit in between like this hand sized exerciser which hopefully will speed up the recovery.It's a soft outer material like Terry's, with a firmer material inside.It straps around the back of the hand and the wrist, so it can be retrieved more easily.This strengthens the arm, hand and finger muscles.Can be used for left or the right hand.

This certainly helps to prevent against getting nail marks in your own Hand!But I can’t get over the price for what is essentially a piece of padding.Yes it is comfortable and easy to use but £15 (at time of writing) is a silly price.It’s worth about £5

This is excellent palm protector and easy to fit in the falm grip with cushion to support the fingers. I would highly recommend this if you or loved one needs to support the hand contracture.

The main part is made of "beanie babies" type fillings, very comfortable to the grip. Easy fit and easy to use. What I like most is the additional wrist strap (also very comfortable) which help keep it from falling off, misplacement or lost!

This is an easy way to help with hand contracture while sleeping.

Works super well for my affected hand. It actually keeps my wrist in a more neutral position as well

From the comfortable bean bag like pillow to the handy extra strap. I have tried many of those pillows for my hand this by far is the most comfortable and handy. Now this is a product I can get behind
